I work for amazon and I have a 30 minute lunch, took 5 minutes to drive here, I ordered 3 soft potato tacos and it took 25 minutes. Don't even have time to eat now. This place is trash and the workers dont care. They didnt even apologize for the wait or do anything. Absolutely unacceptable.
yall have no idea how tired these employees are brooo. they make my day every time i come here, both Zach's are so sweet, they'll hear you out on any problem you have about the food, drinks, ect. hella fine shyts too 🤷♀️

Look, I'm sorry. I've gotten food here for literally a week. I have quite literally never had taco bell this good from any state or County in Ohio. Whoever the employees are here, please never let them go. Hold on for dear life. People might complain about the wait and all I can say is it takes a liiiittle longer because these employees do it the RIGHT way. Thank you so much by the way!

I wouldn't give this restaurant any stars. The employees there are rude and lack customer service skills. It's employees like that, that lead to those videos you see on YouTube and news where a customer ends up unhinged at a fast food place because a employee is talking reckless to a customer and that customer ends up beating the hell out of them.
This Taco Bell is a rough sceen. You are certain to have to confront your biases and stereotypes around poverty, housing insecurity or the facets of the urban living situation in the East Dayton area.
I've had many years of growth and lived experiences that put me in a good mindspace to embrace the encounters here for all they have to offer.
But, if you're not there, you won't be comfortable here.
This is a mediocre Taco Bell experience, however a few of the staff are just incredibly kind and compassionate human beings.
The drive thru is a possible safe space for you if you really want some TB and you have the luxury of a vehicle.

They got my food order correct. There were napkins in the bag, and the fire sauce was even in that paper bag to which the bag was only smoldering and never went up in flames.
