Service is horrible the food is great but the prices are way to high it freaking tacobell the .65 tacos I had as a kid are now like 3 dollars come on get real the meat is prosect and heated in boiling water for 20 minutes and go inside and have use a computer to order get back to people serving people.

The service and atmosphere of this place is DISGUSTING. you got 2 loud obnoxious girls who don’t know what they’re doing. Huffing and puffing while taking orders as if this is not the job YALL signed up for? So I’m confused, if you’re not gonna treat people kindly then fast food may not be for you baby.

I ordered DoorDash on 11/16 at about 1 PM from the Smithville store in Dayton. Ohio, While my Dasher was waiting, he was sending me pictures of the staff standing around carrying on about the fight last night. Other people laying on their phones. It's no wonder I got my order late. It wasn't my doordash's fault.It's your trashy staff, I won't order from this store again

When I entered the restaurant the staff was loudly arguing with a delivery person. After the delivery left the staff continued to speak loudly about the person referring to them as a crazy old man. The only reason I was there was to order the @decades menu. I ordered two tostados and two green burritos. When I got home 3 minutes away. The food was so cold. The tostadas were a ball of cold beans not spread out very little sauce to one side only. In the past I really enjoyed this food it was quite disappointing. I won’t return.
