Staff are friendly enough but they keep forgetting things. Silly little mistakes but also sometimes they just flat out have given me half filled nacho fries or cold food. Room for improvement

I'm so sick of this tacobell the employees attitudes all suck. Our office usually orders from here once a week and there is always something missing and it's never major but they act like they're always right when they're not I'll literally sit there and show them receipt just like today I'm missing a drink amd I come back and tell them. No your not we gave you a mango and I'm like yes you did but two different orders had one so I need the other one. No no it didn't I pull up the orders and pull out the receipts on the bag. Like why I gotta go through all that and they don't apologize like I'm sorry your right. Like I'm not trying to get anything for free whatever we get we pay for period. Even if they make something wrong we repay for it cause they want to say it's right even though I show them the receipt and tell them they're wrong. Like it's just ridiculous to me. And even the supervisor was out there today and allowed they're employees to speak to me so disrespectful and she goes well you got your drink. Ok but it shouldn't have taken all of that just for me to get my drink. Like obviously customer service isn't for you so if you don't know how to talk to people then maybe you shouldn't be a manager or supervisor whatever she is cause it's not ok to stand there watching and not tell your employee hey your wrong you should apologize there office orders from us every week we don't want to lose their business but to late now cause I'll drive 20 minutes away before I go to that tacobell again cause it's just crazy disrespectful!

Stop in for a late lunch after being on the road for many hours. I had to pee really bad. Bathroom has a code so employees have to let you in.

I asked politely to be let into the restroom and was told you have to purchase something first.

I reassured the employee that I was going to purchase food but needed to use the bathroom really bad. Rudely denied again.

I understand some neighborhoods don't want the homeless and drug addicts taking advantage of their restrooms. But Im 1000% sure I was not suspected to be either. ZERO customer service skills.

So I took my money a few doors down where I was treated with common sense.

Very sketch. Could barely understand the guy over the intercom like he smoked way too much and couldn't speak coherent sentences, the female sounded rude. When we got to the window and paid, she had us back up so their timer wouldn't run. All in all it's was a sketchy ordeal. I know it's a fast food job but take pride in what you do and be professional.

I was blackout drunk and I didn't think I was gonna come back from this. then we ordered this taco Bell and it literally revived me. about 19 minutes later, I back to drinking. thank you so much to this place, 5/5 !!!

The manager Juanita was very much rude . I waited in line for 10 minutes with no one taking my order so I pulled up to the window where Juanita told me I should’ve waited in line and refused to take my order she said I had to go back through the drive thru. I went back through the drive thru to order when I got back to the window I asked is it normal for customers to wait while they shift change Juanita proceeds to say to another worker don’t she know we making her food I asked was that a threat to do something to my food. The window was closed in my face while Juanita , Katherine & other workers proceeded to talk about me so loud I could hear them through the window
