They almost always get my order correct and even when it's not I don't really have an issue with it since they are trying their best.

Every time I get off work at night or need a snack this location delivers hot fresh food. The staff is pleasant and the food is served hot and fast. I appreciate the night crew they currently have

Yeah I order a number seven they gave me a lunch box number seven which is nothing of what I ordered they don't listen they constantly get the orders wrong

The restaurant would do a lot better faster and smoother service if they fix their first drive up window and take money from that window, then drive to the next window to get your orders. At night time it’s very dark around the street and place.
Unit on Keowee fell over themselves to mess up my order and then not make it right. Employees not trained to do credits (??!!). Went back 2 times and ended up at the unit on North Dixie buying the mistakes again since I couldn't get satisfaction at the Keowee location. Lots of fast food has closed up in that area and this will be the next one. DO NOT GO TO THE KEOWEE LOCATION. I welcome contact from the district manager or the franchise owner. All this waste for $7 and change. Not worth my time.

This store is very CLEAN!!!!!!!!!! They take pride in keeping it clean. This the only Taco Bell i been to that was clean. I love it 😀

Staff are friendly enough but they keep forgetting things. Silly little mistakes but also sometimes they just flat out have given me half filled nacho fries or cold food. Room for improvement
