I went through after working at my FOOD SERVICR job also! and picked my daughter up and she wanted a quesadilla and I just had a simple question if I could do one side with chicken and one side without. The girl on the intercom snapped at me āHOLD ON HOLD ON YOU WANT CHICKEN ONE SIDE CHEESE THE OTHER?!?ā I said yes it for my daughter and she said it just like that very rude! I will be calling a general manager bcuz I understand picky customers as I work in food service myself but all she had to say was they canāt do that. Literally thatās it.. I ended up saying never mind and forgot to get the rest of my order cuz I was so distraught..Never have I been treated like that. Iām not sure who they got working there but they need to re evaluate..all im sayin. The quesadilla was for my 2 YEAR OLD! Iād never be picky for anyone else but her! No matter how frustrated I am Iām not going to snap on someone. You never know what someone has going on so be kind please. š«¶š¼ This was around 445pm today incase a manger does see this. Thank you!

I ordered a strawberry freeze on the app. I went through the drive through and the guy said come to the window. When I got there, he said thry didnāt have it, and Iād have to get my money back on the app.
He offered another freeze, and it was nasty, so he gave me another one. At least he was trying!
But when McDonaldās has a machine down, its app tells me so I donāt waste my money.
This is a bit ridiculous if you ask me. Taco is not even in the shell all on the paper.. Looks like absolutely no sauce was added to the taco. Whereās the lettuce and cheese? In the bag because the taco wasnāt even wrapped right. Cold to the touch.

best experience here with cashier samantha. quesadilla was cooked right steamed and grilled! potato tacos were fresh. everything tasted great and make correctly. i asked to try a small amount of the new dragonfruit freeze before i bought one and she give me one for free. amazing workers tonight!!

Customer service is on point here! I walked in and was immediately greeted by not just one employee but all of them turned their head and greeted me with a SMILE! I placed a pick-up order, and everything was made properly, fresh, and tasted awesome! They were awesome, this is my new go-to taco bell for sure.
