On this specific day it was very gross and unprofessional at 558 pm on December 6th we went here an tried to order food in the drive thru we had 4 different people speak to us on the intercom and they messed everything up on my order which was 5 things they even messed my drinks up and then told us they would not remake it or refund my money even with a receipt I will be calling Monday to complaint to higher ups looks like a bunch of methods heads was working today I have the names of every one that was working in here

I was very disappointed when I had to wait a very long time to receive my order. I placed my order on the taco bell app and the wait was so long it took up my whole lunch break. I didn't have time to get my food.

Literally the best taco bell in Dayton. Significantly better than the one on Watervliet and on multiple occasions have gone out of my way to pass that one and come here. Staff is hospitable and quick with it. Love this place.

If youre stoned this is the place to fend off your munchies, very stoner friendly I can contest. Try the steak flat thing I don t know how to spell it. But add fire sauce and wrap it around a hard shell regular taco 🌮

Be sure to completely check what you're given BEFORE leaving the drive-thru window. My order today was completely messed up. Both combos should have had a crunchy taco, but only 1 was in the bag. Also ordered a large nacho fries and only received a sample of the nacho cheese. Burrito Supreme barely has any cheese, onions, lettuce, or sour cream in it. Not to mention, we had to repeat the order multiple times because the girl working the window was talking to other people and not paying attention. She even admitted to this!
Sit in the drive through for a half hour and the girl was so freaking rude

Ordered two crunchwraps. One had the wrong meat, the other had no cheese nor sour cream. Both were cold, and the chicken had an off color. The tostada in the one was chewy and had to be tossed. Also ordered a black iced coffee, which arrived sweetened and with creamer. I'm unsure how it's possible to mess up every single item.

I literally waited 43 mins in this drive thru. The drive thru literally keeps you in it whether you wish to leave or not. Sat at the window for 15 mins before even taking my order. Literally finally get to the window I see 5 young people working and laughing. One guy scratching his behind the desk. I thought maybe someone didn't come to work might be running short staff , smh not the case. Take my card hands it back shuts window no receipt.Then finallly hands me my food shuts the window didn't offer sauce forgot my cheese so I waved for assistance as they laugh amongst each other so I can get my sauce and cheese for my chips. Then some kid from the back had to show the person how to print my receipt 🤦 what a joke. People just don't take work serious anymore and still getting a paycheck. Get home 46 mins later no napkins , and 4 pops no straws. Smh
