I am so angry at staff knew I am deaf can't use drive thru we went inside after 1 am many times until out blue they locked doors and would not let us come inside order food so I suggest all deaf people DON'T GO DRIVE THRU UNLESS THEY ALLOW US HAVE our rights get order food with our cash money... I will NEVER come back this Taco Bell ever again! 🤬🤬🤬🤬👎👎👎👎👎

I don’t leave reviews let alone read them anywhere I go But I had to leave a review here. I ordered a Mexican pizza add pico/extra pico. It taste and looks amazing. In my opinion, this is the best Taco Bell in the city of Dayton. I’ve never been disappointed with the customer service or my food.
I literally took a picture of how perfect it is!

Ordered food thru app to pick up. Went to pick up, their was seven cars in front of me, and three behind me. I get to the order and the girl says we are busy, you'll have to go park and come in. I said I'm stuck in the drive thru. I said I ordered thru an app and she said we can't give it to you thru the drive thru. I said since when and why? So I waited a total of 25 minutes to get thru the drive thru. Go park, go inside and the manager said it's not ready I said wow. Now mind you there are three people waiting on their order and me. They are busy and instead of the manager helping she's just standing their doing nothing. A lady that's waiting and I both said we couldn't believe it. I wait another fifteen minutes for my order. No apologies nothing. This manager is one of the worst I've ever seen. It makes no sense to me why you can't order and pick up thru the drive thru. Seriously incompetents on McDonald's part. Will not go back.

It's kinda sad that they can't even pack a bag the way the order was placed... making simple things difficult. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Englewood location.

This place needs shut down...went through drive thru ordered and got halfway down the street and my daughter noticed her food wasn't in the bag..drove back and got her food and drove home to find out my two boxes were wrong and there was nothing in 2 of the tacos I mean like no meat nothing? Called manager and was told to drive all the way back no refund no make the food correctly the next day...not happening a second time. Took pictures and sending them to corporate hope they fire them all!

Me and my husband came to get food for family. Had to turn around cuz they didn't give us 2 tacos then when we got home we seen the whole order was wrong cold and had 0 of anything in 2 of the tacos just the shells....called management and she didn't give a crap she wanted us to drive 10 miles back at 1030 at night no refund or anything? Hope corporate does their job I'm contacting them.

Was told my order wasn’t going to be ready until 20 mins later when it said it was ready in the app. I could have sat there and re-ordered everything in that timeframe. Never ever had an issue with an in-app order before. Lady in the back working mobile orders was extremely rude. I felt bad for the young girl running the drive thru because it was not her fault. I think they may have thought I was a door dasher and I really hope that’s not how they treat people just trying to make a living.
