2nd week in a row with bad service and not so good food! Out of cheesesteak for the 2nd time! Employees standing in kitchen on phone, management on site but did nothing to correct issues!! Last time here I talked to lottery management due to the fact of being ignored! Girlfriend ordered a number 5 combo and they put nothing on it, then gave it on the side rather than make it right, see picture!

Update... still waiting!!!!! 52 minutes and still can't get the4 pieces of pizza i ordered. Management obviously has never gone through any training, because they suck worse tan other team members. Its now been over an hour. ret are Staff is the rudest customer service I've dealt with in years. I thought it was just one or two employees, but after several trips at different times of day, I've come to realize they all suck! I was in the military and like to go military Monday, but you don't get the respect or appreciation in the restaurant!

First time ordering and by far the best bbq taste in the city def ordering again food was fresh hot and shout out to the chefs for authentic taste! the bbq ribs taste like Cleveland ❤️ Togo packaging was secure and organized perfectly and def affordable we got a lot of food ! !!

Great fish and fries. Not cheap though. Budweiser in metal cans was evrywhere, so it be affordable. Makers Mark and the Zombie drink were also popular.
Since opening this restaurant has changed their menu items several times as well as substantial increase in prices. Currently they are serving Rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans for $10. I have to say it is worth it to my surprise. The flavor of the chicken is good and moist, mashed potatoes are not stiff and green beans are not hard and flavorful. I however miss their grilled cheese sandwiches.
