To start with our sever has glasses and she was phenomenal. A very lovely lady who gave prompt service and checked back often.

The atmosphere did not say Thia. It really does not say anything in particular.

Since you can only be as good as your worst dish I am giving them a 3. We chose tuna takinaki and pahad thai.

To start with both dishes we're quite edible.

The tuna lacked a citrus element and was served on a bed of shredded lettuce. Zero complexity but well seared fish.

The pahad thai had a small protein portion of 8 high count shrimp. Which was cooked well. The noodles well cooked. The problem once again was composition and complexity. The ration of noodle to been sprout to sauce just was not there.

We came here for my son’s birthday and had a phenomenal experience. We got multiple tofu dishes and appetizers that were delicious and served fast. Prices were great in relation to portions! Our waitress was incredibly friendly and everyone was so helpful. We will definitely be back!

Me and Jeannette slid over to Thai Kitchen in Miamisburg today — the Centerville location — and the whole experience was a straight disappointment. I ordered the drunken noodles with tofu, double tofu. When the plate hit the table, the noodles were hot and fresh, but the tofu? Man, the tofu was damn near rock-hard and lukewarm. It tasted old, like it was either cooked yesterday or sitting up under a heat lamp half the day. And I know what fresh tofu tastes like — this wasn’t it.

What made it worse was trying to address it. As soon as I told them the tofu wasn’t fresh, the whole “I don’t understand what you’re saying” routine started. That “act like they don’t speak English when there’s a problem” thing some of these Asian restaurants do — impatience, confusion, acting irritated — that’s exactly what happened. So I told them, look, take it off my bill.

Jeannette ordered the same dish but with tilapia. She didn’t like hers either. She kept it to go, but she said straight up it wasn’t good.

And the crazy part? This lady owns like eight restaurants around Dayton/Cincy with different names but the same menu. We know her spots — the menus always look the same, and different employees over the years confirmed it’s all hers. So with that many locations, you’d think they’d have consistency, but tonight was trash.

Bottom line: food was bad, tofu wasn’t fresh, and the service was impatient and borderline rude. Just a bad experience all around.
