Went to Three Birds on Friday. The food was way better than I was anticipating. Slashy got the smashburger and said it was one of the best she has ever had. The bun was super fresh and cones from DLM. She said the burger just melted in your mouth it was so good. I got the hummus appetizer. Came with veggies and tortilla chips. Overall that was good. Finally had a chance to check out Three Birds for an early dinner. They’ve done an incredible job remodeling the place and created a cozy, enjoyable vibe. It’s a little more expensive, but nothing too crazy - definitely worth it to support local.
