This place use to be our favorite place for morning Coffee we were regulars every morning. It has went down hill the past 10 years. The out side looks ran down the up keep has went down hill. We drove past there lastnight around 9pm they were closed and looked like they were out of business. The pace looked like an Abandon business. This is to be an awsome place to get morning coffee.

I felt that the staff could have used more training because they seemed unable to process orders effectively. I do think that the wrong people were in charge because some of the underlings had a better grip on what needed to be done.

The food preparation area and some of the workers preparing food send my mind into I am not hungry anymore mode. Good donuts..never seen them made but hopefully not the way the other foods are.

Two sandwiches screwed up - no cheese with cheese and room temperature rather than hot; one plain bagel no toppings with butter both handed to us with a bit of attitude. They remade the one sandwich and it's fine. The coffee is good.

Went to get a coffee there is only 2 people working one on the drive thru and one trying to make some donuts in the back. No one said hello to me when I entered the store no donuts on the shelf. Coffee was old coffee pots was dirty black cream was all frozen for my coffee. I waited for 25minutes and didn't get my order still. All the machines were beeping I literally had to step behind the counter to call the other employee and all she kept saying was we been trying to call our manager all day doesn't make any sense

Slow service. Coffee is never right. How hard is 2 cream 2 sugar and allways tastes lik 15 sugar

Local coffee shops are a must while traveling and this place definitely met all of my needs. The coffee was delicious, cute environment, and the people were just so friendly.

I had become jaded toward Tim Hortons due to the poor quality of the Miamisburg store. This store was a good experience. The server was pleasant and warm. The coffee was good and the donuts were fresh! This is how a store should be run.
They not had anybody I asked for. No Mac and cheese, no smoothies.2nd time been there with same problem. The employees are great, but owner of store is horrible

I bought a breakfast sandwich & it was delicious. The lady who rang me out could smile however, makes it more comfortable

This is the worst location I've ever been too! I'll never be back workers have the worst attitude. God for bid you tell them they messed up and make something wrong they don't like to fix it. Nothing is never fresh ever!!

I hate that this is the closest Tim Hortons to my house because I love the coffee and breakfast, but hate the customer service and sense of urgency the employees at this location provide. I almost never write poor reviews because I've worked in customer service and I know how difficult it can be sometimes. I've given this you Hortons more chances then they deserve, thinking the next time will be different or better each time I go. I will never give this location my business again. Today I sat in the drive thru waiting to order with NO ONE in front of me while the employee working the drive thru let me know she's be with me in a minute. Five minutes later, she still hadn't acknowledged me so I drove off. The customer service here EVERY time I've gone has been less than friendly. I'd rather drive 10 minutes out of my way than go to this Tim Hortons ever again.

Normally this is my stop!! I do not know what has happen there but something is off. The sandwiches were made wrong, the beef and cheddar came out as a ham and cheese. The ham was taken off and beef was added. You could still taste the ham. The Turkey ranch had the ranch missing. This was at 3pm. Will not be stopping there for a while, quite a while.
