This is my favorite Tim Hortons on the planet. I order a bacon belt and an extra large triple triple almost everyday. They go out of their way to make sure I have fresh ingredients on my bagel, and the bagel is never hard. I've been to other Tim Hortons where the food was awful. I've always loved the coffee. This location has made me appreciate the food again. And I appreciate them. Thank you for treating me like one of your friends. You guys rock.

We are regulars at Tim Hortons all over. This location has gone way down hill. Each time we visit this one, we are always pulled forward in the drivethru and wait anywhere from 10-15 minutes ADDITIONAL. Food comes out burnt or not done correctly. It’s A waste of money and time. They are worried about their drive thru numbers than the experience provided. Highly disappointing

I stop every morning for my 2 coffees sometimes twice a day. Customer service is terrible , this morning 5/27/2025 I stopped as usual and ordered. No cars behind me I asked the pregnant woman if I can add something to my order and she just did non pleasant gestures and complain about it . Saying that she can't add nothing at the window and bla bla bla. Jesus i was paying for whatever was asking to add. The only two persons in there that are customers service oriented is a young boy that works there and a girl with glasses. I feel sorry for the bunch of new kids that this woman is training. Nothing good from that , I'm thinking what other coffee shop I can buy my coffee from. So sad that few people can ruin a business in a short period. Oh and is not the first time of her been rude.

Asked XL dark roast coffee with cream and I they gave L coffee and letter after asking for the XL they didn’t add cream. They don’t listen to instructions properly. Waste of money waste of product

I’ve been getting the same thing lately because the first few times it was so good. I get a large vanilla cold brew with 1 sugar free vanilla shot. The last 3 times I’ve gotten it, it’s been so sweet that it’s completely undrinkable. Like they poured half the bottle in it. It’s very disappointing because it tastes so good when it’s done right. This has been every time I’ve ordered around 8am during the week. Please stop.

I was there today 2:15 and I asked if I could still get a breakfast sandwich. I was told yes. I work 2 blocks away. First I didn't get bany napkins and my bacon egg and cheese biscuit was hard and cold.SMH

I love Tim Hortons, so we stopped to get an afternoon coffee. From the entrance it looks like you go to the window. We sat there for a few mins and then a lady came out and told us we needed to go to the box. We were the only ones there but ok, we went to the box. No menu, looked like it had been torn out and she never came on speaker to take our order. Very disappointing. I'm used to great service and great coffee from the Tim's around me!

Came in before 4:30 (they close at 5pm much to my late night caffeine craving's chagrin) and ordered a basic iced latte. No added flavor or whipped cream. Was told they can't serve me because they close at 5 and all the machines were already cleaned.

I've worked food service, I know it's a pain for people to come right before closing, because you want to leave as soon as you can. I get it, I do. But this isn't like I was coming in at 4:45, ordering 3 custom toasted sandwiches and 3 complicated drinks. It was an incredibly simple drink order. You're still open for half an hour. That's not reasonable. If you can't serve at 4:30 you aren't open until 5.
