I’ve been getting the same thing lately because the first few times it was so good. I get a large vanilla cold brew with 1 sugar free vanilla shot. The last 3 times I’ve gotten it, it’s been so sweet that it’s completely undrinkable. Like they poured half the bottle in it. It’s very disappointing because it tastes so good when it’s done right. This has been every time I’ve ordered around 8am during the week. Please stop.

I was there today 2:15 and I asked if I could still get a breakfast sandwich. I was told yes. I work 2 blocks away. First I didn't get bany napkins and my bacon egg and cheese biscuit was hard and cold.SMH

I love Tim Hortons, so we stopped to get an afternoon coffee. From the entrance it looks like you go to the window. We sat there for a few mins and then a lady came out and told us we needed to go to the box. We were the only ones there but ok, we went to the box. No menu, looked like it had been torn out and she never came on speaker to take our order. Very disappointing. I'm used to great service and great coffee from the Tim's around me!

Came in before 4:30 (they close at 5pm much to my late night caffeine craving's chagrin) and ordered a basic iced latte. No added flavor or whipped cream. Was told they can't serve me because they close at 5 and all the machines were already cleaned.
I've worked food service, I know it's a pain for people to come right before closing, because you want to leave as soon as you can. I get it, I do. But this isn't like I was coming in at 4:45, ordering 3 custom toasted sandwiches and 3 complicated drinks. It was an incredibly simple drink order. You're still open for half an hour. That's not reasonable. If you can't serve at 4:30 you aren't open until 5.

My friend and I made a mobile order. The order was supposed to be done at 11:09am. We got there a little late at 11:19am. But only our drinks were on the counter. She got an Halloween Reeses Cappachino and I got a Hot Chocolate. My hot chocolate tasted mostly water. My friend said her drink was ok but a little salty. We waited a long time before someone asked us about our order. Btw, there were only 3 employees. There was 1 girl and 2 guys. The 2 dudes looked like they were high af and the girl looked like she was trying her best to do the other guys' jobs. We finally got our food at 11:47am. And when we got back in my car to eat some the food because we were very hungry. My friend's Bacon Farmer's Breakfast Wrap was slightly burnt on the outside but she said it was ok. But the hashbrowns were thawed but wasn't actually cooked. They didn't have the Vanilla Dip donut or the Boston Creme donut. So we had to replace our donuts with Chocolate Glazed donuts. Which were a bit over glazed. I've been here several times and never experienced this. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. My friend and I will be going to a different Tim Hortons

I stopped in and ordered a warmed blueberry muffin and an old fashion dipped doughnut. The muffin was not warm and you could knock on the top of it. The donut is not an old-fashioned but rather a glazed. I called and spoke to a gentleman name Zac who said he was the manager… I expressed my concerns to which he told me, I could drive all the way back from work to get it replaced, and that was that. As I started to respond he hung up on me. Never a good experience here…ever

There two employees, both were useless. The bread was too hard. Quality of ingradients is good, however the sandwitches were tasteless. I will never go back.
Quality doesn't seem to match prices. Fruit drink was just syrup. No fresh fruit in anything. Avocado toast was just a smear on bairly toasted plain bread. Friend had grilled cheese and lemonade, thrrew both away. Not likely to ever go back. Staff was friendly enough though.
