I'm not sure why the dining room was closed and doors were locked at 1:15 PM on a Tuesday. The drive-through was open, but we couldn't use it because we were towing our travel camper. My husband called to inquire if the restaurant was open, in particular the dining room, and he was hung up on.

Their baked goods are fresh and tasty, but a little on the pricier side. Their breakfast, and other sandwiches are good, and made to order. Ask for salt/pepper as they will need to be seasoned to your personal taste (otherwise are bland).

1st of all I am a Tim Hortons fan. I have given this location 3 attempts before I post this review. Yesterday I ordered 6 strawberry cream cheese muffins that David could have slaid Goliath with. Today the doughnut cases were pretty much empty. The store was a disaster. Fyi that is a huge turn off when ordering food. And the service was horrible.

People behind us got food before us and we just ordered bagels. Plus their machines for iced Capp drinks is NEVER working. This store has really gone down hill over the years. It's pretty sad because it used to be really good.

Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Wait times are ridiculous for just a coffee and no other customers around. I have never had my coffee order correct, which is a simple Black Iced Coffee. Every time I have ordered in the drive thru then go to the window they are so confused on what I ordered even when there was no customer in front of it behind me. I recently got a gift card to Tim Hortons and have gone only because of that and this being on my way to work. Every day I tell my friends what they did that was ridiculous that morning. It's kind of become a joke with us. I will be driving out of my way for coffee from now on.

This location is great but in 3 weeks, I haven't been able to get the drink I've been waiting to try. The machine has been broke forever so I'm kind of settling for other drinks. But they're always fast and friendly.

Very slow this morning. I just don't understand how fast TH employees get side tracked and behind.
No. Contact a manager and get this place cleaned up. Staff looks like they don't want to be there, lady tried squeezing 40 timbits into a 20 timbit box then she was annoyed when I asked her to put the timbits into two boxes. I did not get my receipt also. The staff needs encouragement.

Two days in a row Time Hortons in Moraine has tried not to give me the right amount of change. Yesterday my order was $4.44 gave them a 10 and they just tried to hand me change. This morning my order was $6.03 and I gave them $20.03 and I got 85 cents back. Both times I've told the amount I gave and they tried to tell me I didnt. Not to mention the ridiculous wait time. I will not go back there

Wonderful coffee and great doughnuts! I visited the drive thru, got speedy service and had a very nice young lady that waited on me. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the prices are starting to get a little high.

They do not make drinks correctly. I have been going here for over a month straight and get a French Vanilla/Vanilla capp. and they have not been made correctly one time in this time frame. I went to the Tim Hortons in Miamisburg and they have gotten it perfect every time
