Delicious sandwiches, great atmosphere, highly recommend!
We were a group of four. We ordered the Chicago beef, turkey pesto, Tony, and After School special. Everyone agreed it was the best sandwich they’d had in recent memory. My husband asked if we could eat here again for dinner! 😉
Everything was very clean, and we loved the curated grocery section. Do note that there is limited seating is you plan to go with a bigger crowd!
Dietary restrictions: One member of our party had a dairy allergy and it was very easy to navigate the menu to suit their needs.

Picked up a half gabagool, side of pasta salad, and a house salad to try out for lunch and I was NOT disappointed. First, the half sandwich. Huge! Amazing flavor and the bread was just right. The pasta salad had a nice kick. The house salad was on point; fresh, filled with croutons, and sprinkled with parm. I will be back to eat inside, the vibe seemed busy but not in an overwhelming way.

An absolute Dayton GEM 💎 ❤️ Thank you for being here and serving delicious eats to our community. We also catered some sandwiches/salads for our bridal party and had the best experience. They were able to adapt to some celiac allergy needs. We love this place!!

I went here with some other for a work lunch. A pretty girl opened the door for us then made her way up to the register to take our orders. I wasn't sure what to order but the guy behind me in line was a self-proclaimed regular and said the Gabagool is the move. I got that with extra meat and man it sure was an experience. It had so many delicious flavors all welll balanced. I am not usually a cold cut enjoyer but that sandwich is worth coming back for. As we were eating the same worker came over and asked if there was anything she could do for us.
The best Sandwich shop in Dayton if not Ohio. If you order Jimmy John’s or Subway you must hate yourself when this Gem exists. Worked my way through their menu and it’s all great.
My personal Favorite is the Gabagool with a side of the Pimento Cheese.

I eat here regularly, we order catering through work regularly, and I send anyone who will listen to T+P. I’ve had the majority of the menu and never once had a bad sandwich. Trio, Spicy is my absolute favorite, but the Pesto, Beef, or regular Trio are all great.

I didn't have any expectations walking into Tony & Pete's. I honestly didn't plan to eat lunch while in Dayton, but my gf wanted to grab some pimento cheese while we were in the area. On a whim, we decided to split the hot salami sandwich and it was the absolute correct decision. All of the ingredients tasted very fresh and high-quality. The blend of the spicy spread, the salami, and the honey all paired perfectly. The pimento cheese also had a fantastic flavor. I'll definitely be back in the future.
