Because of our wonderful server and the delicious food we would return again but only if the music was not blaring my 11 year-old grandson ended up with a horrible headache. It was Easter Sunday and a hard rock blaring through the dining room was extremely unacceptable. It showed complete disregard for the gas. However, our server did ask that the music level be turned down which it was although hard rock continue to Blair. A good management company will assess the event the time of day and the age group of the guest before they decide to choose a certain genre in music.. this restaurant has a wonderful opportunity to increase its business substantially, but is really missing the boat.
Wrong food came out. Had to ask for utensils and napkins. Got the sense the server had no interest to be there. Music was as incredibly loud for a family atmosphere. Food was mediocre at best. Big pass!!
The roast is very good, and the pineapple cider is nice. Sweet potato tots aren't bad. Salads aren't great. The house hot sauce is awful. It's made with butter oil. Sangria was good and the place is very nice.

Food was okay but not exceptional. The time between ordering and receiving our food was longer than it should have been for the sandwiches we ordered. Our server seemed to have little concern for serving us or even acting friendly. The place was very loud due to poor acoustics, and we could hardly talk. We will not go back.

The wait for our food was really long. At least 45 minutes. Service was spotty. When we finally got our food, my entree was a salad and the lettuce was really mushy.
We made our reservations on Open Table, but they were not ready for us, and we had to wait. Our food was okay, but not exceptional. Perfect stop for a quick dinner. It was a fun environment. Lots of friendly staff ready for the rush ncaa bball tournament games
I was there at 6:30 PM on Tuesday. They play music loud and then started a trivia game that was announced loudly. Very hard to hold conversation — if there to watch sports and not conversing, would be fine, but we wanted to talk. Food was very good; atmosphere other than loudness was fine; service was adequate. Worst part was coming out to find $78 parking fine in adjoining lot. I figured after 6 P would be no problem. I think having to pay to park would be bad for business, especially if you don’t know you would get fined if not prepaid.

I ordered the "Big Pappa" burger of the month, created by our server Tyler. One of the best burgers I've had in a while. They should definitely let Big Pappa create more menu items!

Love the exposed brick, spacious seating area. Big screens. Average bar food. Good brew selection.

Let me start off the review by saying that our server Stephanie was super kind and attentive. She would make me want to come back. The manager was helpful and wanted to rectify the situation. The chicken wings were a good choice.
Our server was slammed during a break from trivia, taking care of the full room of folks, so my mother ordered two drinks for the table from the bar. She asked for salt on the rim, and they gave her sugar (easy mistake to make, not the end of the world)
I walked up to the bar and asked for a glass rimmed with salt. The female bartender said” like you couldn’t ask your server for this? I have a ton of glasses which one, with so much attitude and head nodding, Then proceeded to dip it in sugar.
Mumbled something under her breath and I turned around and said “nice customer service” and she said, “oh cause you’re such a great customer”.
Honestly, Stephanie and the Manager are really great, accommodating, and welcoming. The bartender that worked tonight, shouldn’t be working there. Everyone has bad days, but the request did not warrant a response like that. Will more than likely go spend $119 + tip somewhere else next time.

First I got the angry Alfredo which was amazing. So much so that I've already planned to stop during a work trip next week. I am easily 50 minutes away from this restaurant but I know that I will be there again
