“When I walked in I was greeted and food was completed quick. I also did not have food missing from my order. The one in Beavercreek is terrible. First there was no sign saying take out is on the counter. If you order chips or cookies for take out Beavercreek store do not put items in the bag. I left store thinking my food was in the bag. Centerville store was great I have no complaints“

“The smoothies are decent, since Tropical is one of the few places in town that actually uses fruit. But absolutely every time I go in for happy hour, they try to cash me out without applying the happy hour discount.
This has happened at least six times recently. Definitely seems like it's not accidental.“
