Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This location has changed so much. There’s typically one to two staff members, slow service, opening late, waiting an additional 15 plus minutes on orders. I keep telling myself give it another chance I know it’s new management, but time and time again it’s either food order wrong, long wait, or late opening hours.

PLEASE 🙏 put straws in the bags for to go orders. I order delivery when I am at work and almost everytime I have no straw for my smoothie. I got a straw one time with my order and that was ONLY because I called a head of time just to ask for them to put a straw in the bag for delivery. I should not have to do that.

I've had a lot of really good experiences here but also a lot of bad ones. The past managers were just super overbearing and you could see how miserable the employees were working here. They usually only have 1 person per task I've noticed, and seen them get backed up over this. Other times I'll come in and they're just dead and everything takes 2 seconds to make, and that's incredible!

6/13/2025. Showed up at 7:05 am but they were not open. Sign on door said 7:am. Called a few hours later. No one answered. Won’t go back there again.

Got a smoothie bowl and the pineapples were very old and rotting. My stomach has been upset all day.

Came in not too long ago and the older white lady came out and helped the man that came in after me. You should always ask who was here first instead of just picking a person seems like since I’m a person of color I got chosen to not get helped. Poor service and will not be coming back. Last time I went the smoothie did not taste like it was supposed to and decided to give another try but not again. Service sucks and this is not the first time!

This is my least favorite in the area. Smoothies often watery / too much ice. Food serving size smaller than others in the area.

Understaffed. Feel bad for the workers. Food takes 30 mins plus for a smoothie.

Please update your business photo. We drove to your location specifically because you’re shown having a drive through. If we were able to easily go in we would’ve gone to the one in Oakwood.

Don't know why every store has such rude people.

Got the pb choc banana smoothie with probiotics and collagen. I feel amazing!!! I can tell their ingredients are fresh.

The Blimey Limey smoothie, all I can say!! Every time I come to this place, I always get that smoothie. You try it one time and and you will be hooked! You definitely won't regret coming and trying Tropical Smoothie Cafe!!

This is the second time i’ve ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich wrap from this specific location and it is literally a wet soggy mess. They add six tomatoes, drown it in sauce then wrap it up. It’s not edible nor does it look appealing. Im not paying $11 for sauce. Have your employees take their time making entrees, it looks disgusting.
