Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Smells really bad inside. Must have changed ownership. As long as I can remember, I’ve been able to do a small kids smoothie in any of the smoothie types. I was told that I wasn’t allowed to do so and there was nothing they could do about it.

Second time I have been burned by terrible service after putting in an order hours before pickup using the Mobile App. 20 minutes after pickup time smoothie were given to me. Then we waited another 5 minutes while our food sat on the counter. If we had not inquired, it would have been longer. I have watched them fill Uber Eats and Grub Hub orders instead of Mobile orders. All of the Tropical Smoothies in the area suffer from the same inability to manage orders, and they are all run by the same family.

Worst customer service. Team don’t have basic customer handling etiquettes.

This store is one of the worst tropical I have ever been into. Service is so bad.

Unfriendly atomosphere

When you enter this location the first thing meet you is the very bad smell. It’s disgusting.
We all ordered smoothies with different kinds of fruits.All of them are tasteless.
Don’t waste your money here.
We ended up my wife made us smoothies at home from fresh fruits. Disappointing

Ordered 2 sandwiches ahead, arrived at time it was supposed to be ready, waiting 35 minutes inside while numerous orders were placed and distributed ahead of mine with similar content. Lots of waiting for everyone and little information provided about expected time to get food when asked other than 'it's coming'

This is the worst Tropical Smoothie location. My smoothie taste different every time I order it, it’s gross. They are always soupy as well. Smoothie king is so much better. Only wish they served food

Always very quiet and relaxing and I get my food and drink quickly and correctly! Staff has always been very nice and timely and my favorite smoothie is peanut butter cup!

Kid-friendliness: A kids menu with smaller portions and smaller juices and smoothies

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and space between tables! Clean floors and booths with open ends that aren’t too high up

Was served nasty moldy avacado on my sandwich. It’s all mashed together and it’s completely inedible now. Complete waste of money

Tried speaking to the manager about the quality of food and door dash bags not having stickers and proper seals and the batch was defensive and was talking over me as if she forgot how customer service works. Get it together train your crew of youngsters properly and you wouldn't have issues. SMOOTHIE KING WOULD NEVER.

I got the super green wrap and a Magic Mango smoothie and they were both outstanding. Cindy was amazing. I love this location and the people there!! :o)

Every time I go in there they are so rude. We all have worked customer service jobs before. It doesn't take much. Common human decency.
