Amazing as always! The staff has been here for quite sometime and they make me feel like a regular when I come in. I love the Turkey bacon sandwich, and the girls always know how I like my smoothie in the morning. Thank you guys!!!!!

Sometimes it’s great other times it’s so bad the smoothies are watered down. Just need more training!
Dropped a smoothie for my mom right after buying it, and was required to buy a new one at full price, when the previous one was part of a meal and was part of its discount. Yes I dropped it, but it's just bad form to then immediately charge me 7$ for another one.

Lady working with the grey hair and glasses was completely rude and disrespectful to me as I picked up a DoorDash, I was on the phone and couldn’t speak to her at the time so I was just standing being patient waiting for my order & she was completely rude and sarcastic to me the entire time , I couldn’t answer her question due to being on the phone and she didn’t like it so she decided to be rude to me which is completely unprofessional , if you want to be treated POORLY this is the place for you

I eat at tropical smoothie alot. Will not be going back to this one. I ordered 2 sandwiches & two smoothies. I asked why it's full price for the smoothie when the sign right by the register clearly states its $4.49 to add on to your meal. She said oh I don't know its just what we charge. I asked to speak to a manager & she said their isn't one here. It is pricey there anyway but then I don't want to pay even more than I'm supposed to.
