We ate here on Sunday (really Monday morning), and had Samantha as our waitress. She was wonderful. She informed us that it was her 6th night on the job, but she handled everything like a pro. They were understaffed, and the others working were also new to the job. We both had hash browns, every which way, and my buddy had a waffle. Everything was wonderful. Keep up the good work Samantha!

By far the worst waffle house i've ever been to! aside from the whole restaurant being disgusting, we Came with 10 people at about 12/1am right from the airport all the tables were dirty & it took us having to tell amanda i believe her name was to clean the tables to even get a place to sit down, we ordered drinks and she brought back 3, 2 were water which nobody asked for, took 4 orders and received 2, which were cold & incorrect, onions were in my eggs, hashbrowns were burnt and she hadn't even taken our other tables order yet, she didn't know how to call out orders so the cook was reading her incorrect tickets making incorrect food, after sending her back to fix everything about 5 times and an hour and a half later this girl says she's refusing our service because it's too much for her then ran to the back...??? if she hasn't quit yet, she needs proper training or to get let go because this is definitely not the job for her & that's coming from someone who works at waffle house.... i would have grace if she was new but she's been there for 3 months which is long enough for her to have shifts where she is the only server & too long for the mistakes she was making but shoutout to patrick the cook who was trying his best to make everything right. at the end of the day 2 out of 10 people received food, outright ridiculous, i wish i got the unit number because after reading the reviews, it seems like this is normal for them and it's a bad look for the company.

Cook and waitress yelling at each other about work. Food looked burned bacon was black toast was burned. This has to be the worse waffle house I have ever visited and I have been to over 100 waffle houses. This place is down right nasty. Don't waste time just go to a different location and save the stress. Totally awful........

Tina was our server and she was amazing. Tentative and with a smile, you can tell she loves what she does. She was a true professional! This was our first time dining at this location in Dayton Ohio. We're from Chicago and she made sure we felt welcomed. We will definitely be back when back in Dayton!

Very disrespectful staff . I ordered 45 dollars worth of food and was dismissed to some crappy aluminum chairs. If I had not already Paid, I would have walked out.

Everything was good except this one employee that had the worst work ethic ever. It looked like he hated to be there working! I think he was in the RR sleeping and walked out after a long time and had customers waiting in line to use the RR. Everybody else in the restaurant was great.
