They burnt the bacon on my sandwich and then made me some more bacon and then burnt it as well and wrapped it up very nicely and put it back into my container for me to get after I address the burnt bacon the first time .............. no it's a no-go for me but the customer service was friendly and the restaurant was clean

Loud music, tight quarters, bland food. The top of the pepper shakes had crusty food on top of lid, stuck in the holes. The dishwasher slammed doors, plates, and changed silverware in my ear. Horrible place. Awful Waffle!

Had a rough day and actually walked down here in the winter storm. Hayleigh greeted me, made sure I was OK and took my order. The whole staff this evening (well morning 2am) was so amazingly nice and efficient. The food was great, but what stood out was the kindness and care they all showed me. 5 stars. Thank God there are restaurant workers that care still. 🙏

I brought my son and his friend into this Waffle House and no one even acknowledged we were there. We never got seated or even had anyone say anything. I would give this location zero stars if that was an option. Rude. I’ve never been more angry. Do NOT go to this location ever.

So I stopped in to order some food at 530am and I walked in to a place I never want to go back to . Dishes all over the tables I sat at counter and the menus was stuck to the counter . Asked if I could order some food and she him I don’t know what it was . Says it’s best you order online . We don’t do carry outs ! Oh and the other person I saw was a waitress sitting on a chair having a conversation with a patron. The place was a mess won’t be back !

Food was great. Service not so much. Employee more interested in plays music than cooking. Music too loud for breakfast. Once they decided to take care of us food was fast. Never ask for coffee refill till after I ask for a cup. Seemed in a hurry to get ride for me.
