Walked in they were unfortunately for some people cash only but thankfully I had some. Food was spot on tasted delicious. Atmosphere was positive you could tell that a lot of regulars came in and it was cool to see them interact with them. The waitress did forget my drinks for about 10 mins which was ok that’s why I gave it a 3 star on service but overall happy with my expierence and I will be back

Dear Owner, the music was blasting & the song was this new age weird music.. Definitely not good for the kids birthday or Granny's Visit! Aka run your business into the ground. Hopefully you make a music policy! Worse Waffle House Music. ps the waitress looked really shady. Thanks Kid-friendliness: Didn't bring your kids.. The music is super loud new age weirdo music.
Sat down at 9 and was told our server was running late and we would have to wait for her to get there to take our order. Left at 915. No one else would take our order.

As we walk in there was a server nodding out at the register. I typically wouldn't mind as long as the service was good, food was acceptable, and tables were clean. But none of that was the case. All the tables were dirty so we sat at the cleanest table we could find. As we're waiting on a server to come to our table I notice the "sleepy" server vaping in the corner. Once our server finally took our order it took 10 minutes to get our drinks, because she kept disappearing. We finally got our food and it was undercooked, abnormally greasy, and not very good. Was not offered a refill until I finished my food because once again, server disappeared. These servers were so inattentive a party of 6 people came in after us and left after 20 minutes because no one acknowledged them. I'll go to my usual Waffle House.

I have never had such a bad experience as I had last night (Sat 3/2 11pm) at this new Waffle House. We sat at the counter and placed our order with a waitress. Soon after, this waitress had an absolute meltdown with her crew. She started screaming and cursing and opening drawers and slamming them shut. She was throwing things around trying to make as much noise as she could all the while yelling and cursing. She berated The cooks non-stop for the whole 35 minutes we stayed. Then the rest of the crew started yelling and fighting amongst themselves. We waited for about 35 minutes hoping to get our food but then it got kind of scary and we left.

Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. When we came in there were 3 tables occupied and 3 workers behind the counter. No tables were cleared and wiped down. We sat at a dirty table and about 10 minutes later someone came by to wipe it down. Our order took about 20 minutes to come out and even then it was only parts of the order and the sausage plate had a hair on it. My waffle came out about 20 minutes after the partial order was brought out. The booth beside us had their entire order brought out entirely wrong and all 3 orders had to be remade. Needless to say this will be our last visit to this Waffle House.
