The lady cooking the food was the only person doing any work. She was great but again she was working alone because no one else would. She deserves all the credit, she was great! Everyone else there were rude.

Muncie.... This store is a gem. Please understand in Dayton where i currently reside... Im convinced they have a quota on time you must wait to have your order taken and another to receive it. I was not in line here for more than 3 minutes. šŸ˜ wow.

Decent value menu. Good for small children. Plus they have that awesome soda machine with the flavorings. The service sadly was far from satisfactory. There was no one available with a bathroom key even after it hit noon on a weekday. The store was clean, I'll admit. Though the neighborhood rifraff make it hard to be comfortable.

Worst Wendy's experience. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We should've known better when we used the bathrooms and they were disgusting. Food was absolutely terrible and cold. When I went inside to complain about the food, there was an employee grabbing chicken nuggets directly from the tray and eating them as I was speaking to him. Time tonclean this place up or this place should be close down because it's killing the image of Wendy's in the area.

they were so so nice and accommodating the staff went out of their way to get me what i asked for twice!! the food was fresh and pretty fast, but mostly the service was above and beyond what they had to give and you don’t see that much these days!! these day time employees need extra recognition!!!

This is my second time coming there and I get the number five you want to talk about the chicken has just been sitting it’s hard asf and I worked fast food for six years I know dang well the grilled chicken is supposed to be cooked to order like your managers need to worry about the food that come out their kitchen and it’s not okay like who wants to eat old sitting there grilled chicken

Worst work environment ever … I don’t understand how the GM doesn’t do his mandatory 50 hours , always has the management working short staffed , and can’t even order a truck properly , hes served food that can get people sick , he’s cheated his employees out their checks & hours and yet still has a job
