After sitting in line for 20 minutes, I decided to write this review it’s crazy. I got one car in front of me and we both have sat here for 20 minutes. They’re taking his order in the middle of me writing this review. There’s three cars behind me this always is the worst Wendy’s ever the hardest location to get to, the worst I mean absolute worst work ethic customer care I don’t recommend this Wendy’s to anyone even if you’re starving you’ll die waiting in the drive-through line

Easter Sunday evening...we made a quick trip to the drug store and then decided we wanted some fries. There was a young man working the drive thru that was so sweet and polite. We pulled up for our fries and a blonde woman was there that was friendly and happy, telling us fries just came up hot and fresh. And they were. I know it's just fries, but the service was excellent! Very nice people. Refreshing!

Great food, great service, would really recommend this Wendy's if you want your order to be correct everytime and extremely fresh. It also doesn't matter if your ordering on doordash or if your picking up through the drive-thru it's great everytime! I've never eaten inside the restaurant though so I know nothing about that.Wheelchair accessibility: There are two wheelchair accessible entrances to this building (both side entrances)

I was served when I went to the counter. The worker took his time to take care of me. My family likes Wendy’s burgers. The inside of the site needs an update and the soda machine was not working properly.

People taking the order were nice. Order was accurate. Nuggies were fresh, nice, and spicy. Fries were okay. Pop was meh. Spicy chicken sandwich was meh, I've had much better spicy chickens at other Wendy's. Girl taking the payments and handing out the food was very pretty, so that made the overall experience a bit better!

Place order from app. App says they are open at 6:30am. Arrived at 6:50am to pick up app order. Doors were locked, no answer at drive through speaker, could see employee walking around inside but wouldn't come to window.

I use uber to get here all the time because I can not drive to to a disability, yet about 75% of the time I come herethey have the doors locked because of a staffing issue. I'm not sure how but for the past6months they have only had 2 people working the store. I've even called the store to ask them if I can just take a Togo order since I physically have no other way to get food here when they are closed and they refuse it's pretty sad.Parking: only 1 way to get into the lost and the same way out because of the median

I usually like Wendy’s. I had to pay despite having already paid in the app, was given a 4 count despite ordering a 6, and the frosty (which I usually crave) was mostly ice I felt like.

First, we tried ordering a baked potato. Didn't have them. Next, we tried to order the ghost pepper fries. Guy says "ghost pepper fries okay." Then proceeded to say "um actually we don't have those fries either" even though they were clearly on the menu. So I'm assuming, they ran out of the stuff to make them and just didn't at least cover them up on the menu. Next, we order a large sweet tea. Finally, something they have! We get to the pay window when the guy that took our order opened the window and took my card. The whole time he was coughing, without even trying to cover his mouth. He shuts the window while he still has my credit card, I'm not sure what took so long but whatever, the fact that he was coughing all around without even trying to cover his mouth was my biggest issue. We pay, get to the next window. Mind you all we were able to order was a large sweet tea! It's sitting there ready while the lady at the window was making a frosty and getting other things ready. Whatever, she might be "busy" even though we were the only ones there inside and out but okay. She finally comes to the window and goes "sweet tea" I said "yeah, since that's all you guys had for us." She goes "YUP" and slams the window shut. I don't know either of their names and honestly don't care. I will not be going back to this Wendy's! I understand that it's hard getting people to work these days, but there's a reason why this is only a 3 star Wendy's. It's the incompetent people working that kills a business and apparently this place is full of them!!
