This is a terrible location. They left us waiting at the drive thru speaker for a really long time and they were not busy at all. When we finally got our food, the fries were so salty that they were inedible.

Possibly the worst experience I've had at a Wendy's ever. Bad enough to rant about how bad it was. 1. There ordering menu was only partially flipped to breakfast so I couldn't see half the options, including the 2 for $3 that they had a building sign for. 2. My order was over $20 and they asked me to pull ahead to wait but never gave me a receipt. 3. I waited over 20 minutes before anyone came out. I even called 3 times and no one answered their phone. 4. I don't normally complain about extra stuff but its not what I ordered: I order 1 sausage croissant sandwich and 1 bacon croissant sandwich, and got 2 with both bacon and sausage. I ordered a sausage burrito and got one with bacon and sausage. If I had know I could get both meats I would have ordered that but its not what I ordered. 5. The seasoned potatoes were as no temperature as they could be, like they sat on the counter for 20 minutes. 6. The best thing I could say was that they do use real eggs, and I could tell because there were eggshells in the burrito so it wasn't even worth eating.

They left me sitting there for easily a good 15 minutes at the menu board. Then when they did come back on, they proceeded to tell me their frosty machine was down. That told me all I needed to know: not to waste anymore of my time. And these restaurants should have a clue as to why they’re losing customers.

Went into the waiting room waited a half hour for my meal, I know it's not this location it's all Wendy's but they didn't take the $5 when they scanned my app,but at least the food was fresh when we finally got it.

This is the worst Wendy’s around ! They unplug the phone so they don’t have to deal with customer complaints. I’ll never go back to this Wendy’s . They never get anything right . Everything is cold

Everytime I came in they have messed up my order and their food is always stale and dry. And their staff are all nasty. Now the 1 item I liked off their menue is gone, they didn't bother to tell us, they just picked a whole different item and never told us. Why do we keep wasting our time and money here? They can't hire a single competent person it's actually crazy.

Went to pick up a mobile order today after deciding McDonald's was too busy. We were immediately pulled forward off the timer, a sign of being busy for only having one car in front of us. It'd been over 10 minutes when I thought of going inside to ask if everything was okay when a woman opened the door to apologize and communicate with us that they were severely understaffed.
At face value it wasn't a good experience, *however,* I can't tell you how many times I've driven away from a chain food place with ample staffing and low wait times to still not get everything I paid for. Not this time. Everything was there, fresh and good tasting. Even the iced coffee was cold, no hint of it being warm from the pot. They were aware of the situation and communicated it respectfully despite likely being under ludicrous pressure, and I can appreciate that a lot having been in those shoes. I hope the day gets better and that the folks deserving of recognition see this.
