The food was hot and good. The customer service was not. The kid at the register didn't know how to use the register no one was helping him. The manager or team lead in the Grey sweatshirt was rude dropping bags of food on the counter without the order being complete. Their was no communication between employees to know where food was goin to who it was going to also can hear team members coughing very loudly. Seen a team member put food in a fry basket without using gloves.

Food was warm and fresh. Chili was watered down. Literally ate it all the beans and meat and had 3/4 liquid left. Wish I would have checked b4 pulling away. Girl took my order was nice. The one at the window was rude and unprofessional. Could have been shark week idk.

The worker literally was cutting me off before I can finish my order. Then, when I called her out on it, she caught an attitude and my fries are now all over the bag

The other reviews are spot on. Every Wendy's I've been to recently are understaffed. It takes 5-7 minutes to place an order, another 5-7 minutes to receive your order and at least 60% of the time order is wrong, something missing, prepared incorrectly. If every customer checks their avg medium order to avoid this- and many don't due to already long wait time, it adds another 3-5 minutes to wait in line. The food can be pretty good but that doesn't make up for the annoyance experienced. I feel for serving staff. They try to remain calm. But 2 with people on a shift it doesn't take long for yelling, annoyed customers. If you notice people pulling out of line and leaving, FOLLOW THEM!

Asked for 20 piece was corrected they only have 10 piece like really.. female taking order was rude and did not wait for me to complete my order kept cutting me off your total is I said I am not finished only order 2 10 piece a large chili med fry she acted like I had a huge order and then whe I asked for sauce for nuggets only wanted to hand me 2 I said dear 2 of 20 nuggets seriously she said thats all we are allowed to give with out charge is said I know thats a lie its 2 per 10. Her manger stepped in and gave me my sauce. I was not trying to be difficult but she wanted to be rude I matched it with petty

I went to get a breakfast sandwich after dropping my son off at school got Home ready to eat and lay down before work just to find out they gave me a breakfast sandwich that was totally incorrect and had no cheese so I called the store to let them know and one of the employees told me, I will have to re-order my food and I have to repay And I told them I didn’t eat the food yet and I have my receipt. Can I just get a refund and they told me no with me working fast food It’s no way they should’ve told a customer that Any fast food restaurant I’ve ever worked at if you have your food and receipt they will try to make your order right or give you a refund. They told me they was not giving me a refund so I got back up on my bed and went back to the store because I work hard for my money and wasn’t about to let them do me like that. Yes I was mad when I arrived. I’m not gonna lie, but anyone will be at this point. I just want my refund. I have my receipt and their food. They refused to give me a refund and call the police on me. I told them do whatever you have to do, but I’m not leaving until I get my refund or at least make my food right but I didn’t even want the food at this point. I just wanted my refund I was taken to jail and had to buy out so at this point they took my money and my food And now I have a court date that I have to go through. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I’m going to have to stop eating here because every time I order something it is either super old or wrong. Like tonight, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no tomato. The chicken was old and soggy. They put ketchup on it which chicken sandwich is never come with ketchup and shredded lettuce. So I threw it away because he eats a spicy chicken sandwich with ketchup on it. I also ordered a Dave’s double with no tomato. The beef was old and they put bacon on the burger, which I did not ask for. I am tired of wasting so much money here and they can never get the order right you would think we are asking them to Perform a major brain surgery when it’s just making a sandwich they can’t do it, right.

Decided to have lunch, and it was absolutely delicious, hot, fresh, perfect! Fries were fresh, hot, perfect salt! Dave Would have e been proud, and service was friendly, kind, professional.

The screens are broken making it difficult to read the menu and know what you want. The tables and booths are dirty and the lady who took my order is rude. The fruit punch in the drink machine is disgusting. It tasted bad. I love Wendy’s and I have always been an advocate when Wendy’s is good. But this one is sub par

I ordered a biggie bag and I should have checked my bag before leaving but didn't. They told me they were out of napkins which is fine I get it but when I got home and opened my bag there was a box for my fries but no fries. Like seriously? I'm not one to leave reviews like this but that is ridiculous.

I've been there 4 times and every time they don't have enough staff to serve me last time I pulled up at 1015 and person on the microphone says we were going to be switching to lunch now and it will be 25 minutes before we can serve you they suck
