The screens are broken making it difficult to read the menu and know what you want. The tables and booths are dirty and the lady who took my order is rude. I ordered a biggie bag and I should have checked my bag before leaving but didn't. They told me they were out of napkins which is fine I get it but when I got home and opened my bag there was a box for my fries but no fries. Like seriously? I'm not one to leave reviews like this but that is ridiculous.

I've been there 4 times and every time they don't have enough staff to serve me last time I pulled up at 1015 and person on the microphone says we were going to be switching to lunch now and it will be 25 minutes before we can serve you they suck

All in all I had a great experience at this Wendy's location. The only problem I had when I went to order on the kiosk. The floor was very sticky. But that doesn't stop me from giving a good rating.

Awful, awful service. I did not receive a sandwich I paid for and called the restaurant to ask for a refund. The GM hung up on me when I pushed to speak to someone who had the ability to refund my money for the food I didn’t get. We will drive to Medway or Vandalia for now on. Wendy’s corporate customer service was helpful and honored the requested refund. I’m really disappointed.

30+ min drive thru wait despite literally being the only car. The food was tough and smelled like they haven’t changed the grease in weeks. Hate to say it but you’d have better luck at Hardee’s across the street 👍

Soooo decided to try Wendy’s on Brandt Pike for breakfast this Sunday morning….well it would probably benefit them to send someone to give in service education to the employees! Don’t get the breakfast burrito, I opened the foil wrap to find a scrambled burrito….the tortilla was in multiple and I mean multiple pieces, the potatoes were all clumped together in the center…honestly it was positively disgusting….the seasoned potatoes were ok …although nothing to write home about. It appears that on the rear Sunday morning we get a carry out breakfast it will not ever be Wendy’s!!!

The drive-thru is supposed to open at 6:00 a.m. but twice this week I've pulled up at 6:10-6:20 just to sit at the speaker with no one answering me. There were cars in the parking lot both times, I guess they just didn't feel like working that early. I tried this location and the one on Woodman Drive this morning, and couldn't get an answer at either drive-thru. Do you guys really think people are going to keep coming to your store, just to be ignored and have to go somewhere else anyway?

Good food but they are frequently out of something on their menu like one of the Frosty flavors or the cheese sauce for a burger or the register is down. Always an adventure when I go there. Food is good if it's in stock though
