I put a mobile order in and when I got there was told to pull around to the second window. Then waited and waited for at least 15 min and still no one acknowledged I was there until I called the store. I got some bs excuse with attitude like I was in the wrong... Oh lunch was switching over and we had a big order 😭... Excuse me ma'am...lunch ended 30 minutes ago... Maybe you don't need to work in food. I had it all timed out to pick my order up and then go pick my son up from school. This made me late to pick him up.If there was just a little bit of communication I would have left to pick him up and would have been right back with no problen.Quite honestly we won't be back to this location. There is so many other places to give my 🤑💰.

The wait time was ridiculous for no reason as they had several workers in there. I wanted a grilled chicken wrap and they said they didn’t have it. So I ordered a Dave’s single combo. The coke was flat. I didn’t even get a full medium fry. For the time I waited the fries should have been warm. It wasn’t cold out so they shouldn’t have gone cold that quick. The bread to the sandwich was not fresh. The sandwich was not even hot, it was lukewarm. One of the managers is a thief. He made the person at the window swipe my card twice saying that my card didn’t go through the first time when in fact it did. I got charged for my meal and someone else’s. When I called, I was transferred to the manager who turned out to be the guy who made her swipe my card again. I’m not sure if it was because the person at the window was black and I was black or what but anyway, I have two charges on my card that are from this store and that were charged two minutes apart. He continued to over talk me and not listen to what I was saying. He knew what charge needed to come off my card but said it was nothing he could do and that I would have to wait until the GM was in to get this fixed. He said there were two different cards charged for the order that wasn’t mine. I read him the last four digits of my card and he still wouldn’t remove it. I insisted on returning even though it was out my way because I don’t live out there and he said no because he can’t remove it. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. It’s the principle and I don’t live out there, I had an appointment out that way and had to be on the other side of town by a particular time. It’s a major inconvenience for a full time self employed person. He said to wait for Jessica the GM to fix this on Monday or Tuesday. If it’s not then I need to come back in. Like what in the world???? Bad customer service, bad customer care. It was definitely infuriating and I recommend you eat elsewhere. What a facade and waste because the food was nasty and the coke tasted like water !

Thank goodness for the small/kid-friendly table and chairs :). Needed to help nesting partner focus on work for a few hours, so littlest one and I went and colored with markers for a couple hours with some chicken nuggets and frosties ☺️

I've been to a lot of crappy restaurants but this one might take the cake. Every time I come here it's always a fiasco and the never have half of the stuff on that menu. Well tonight I go through and same thing. Then they don't put my double in the bag. I pull around and tell them. It was a plain with cheese double so should be fresh. We'll when I told him the double wasn't in the bag he didn't say anything and looked at me funny. When I do get it and pull it out it's cold and dry and was thrown straight in the trash. I shouldn't have to go buy other food when I just bought food. Will never recommend this place

Got some real careless people working here, I asked for a Dave’s double and got a bacon double stack with a nice curly hair on the bun. Go somewhere else

Pretty slow service. When they ran out of nuggets they stuck spicy nuggets in instead. Just disrespectful and slow. The interior was clean though.

On 11/19 1:50 pm I ordered. Biggie bag Don't it wouldn't be a problem getting a big size drink instead of a small? He said to me.
That it is a combo It would cost extra. So It two drinks 1 big 1 small. And I did say drinks. It shows up on my receipt as drinks. But then he goes ahead and tells me. I cannot have sweet tea. When is sweet tea different from a soft drink? I will not be coming back to this Wendy's. again

If I could give a negative star I'd give 5. Worst "fast food" experience I've had at 53 y.o. We go to the dining room and the only person in there is one of the Worker's children. The mom then tells us that the lobby isn't available for ordering and we need to go to the drive-thru. Just lock the door! Then we go through and get cold chili, cold fries, cold sandwich, and no straws. We have marked this exit off of our acceptable stops.
