No way, would I eat here. I stopped in there to use the restroom, no soap in the women's restroom, and all was working there were women. Meaning, they don't wash their hands. The floor is sticky, and the store is dirty. They need a cleaning company to come in there and clean that store up

This is by far the worst establishment EVER! In the mornings, they only the manager in there and it’s always “what they can’t do.” In the evenings like today, the drive thru isn’t a real option and when you try to order DoorDash they hand your food to the wrong drivers. What’s the point of even being open? I can go 7mins around the corner to Main Street and neverrrrr have this experience! Just because your location is on Salem Ave, you don’t present the business and products as such. Do better Wendy’s and if the people you employ are the issue, attempt to hire better people that care about your customers! This place will be closed in 2years, if there is no change.

This store will let another person grab your door dash order, then refuse to remake it and threaten to call the cops on you. Everyone needs fired and the store needs closed. I’ve seen Wendy’s run by an entire crew of addicts do better.

This place is bottom of barrell...manager too lazy to ring customers out told me to go thru drive thru. Wanted to argue hole kitchen could come out in lobby to bicker but no one can run a register. When I left the manager laughed saying at least he wasn't hungry....whole crew needed fired

It doesn't. Matter what time I come here.The doors are always locked.Why are your doors to your entrance?Always locked 10am 11am 12am. How lazy are you. I'm trying to get some Wendy's on my break and now I'm just on a break and hungry.I've seen 7 people ride off.Because your drive through is the only thing that works sometimes

I did an online order for 9 items and paid $20 for all of it I get to the store to pick my food up and I was informed they didn’t have 2 of my items so I substituted them out for something I had already in that order to make it easy so instead of one of those sandwiches I was suppose to get 3. They had me pull up and wait over 15 minutes just to only give me 4 out of 9 of my items that I had bought.all the doors were locked so no body could get inside and there was a line wrapped around the building so by the time I would even be able to get in line breakfast would have already been over by then. This store really needs to be shut down or needs new management. It’s ridiculous

They raise the price on the value chicken sandwich $2.59 and DECREASED the size of IT now you just get a bigazz nugget that IDENTIFIES as a CHICKEN SANDWICH I guess
