You order extra they don’t give you what you order. You have to go back and argue with them and they try to tell you you’re wrong even when you got the receipt.

If I could give negative Stars I surely would this is the worst Wendy's in Dayton Ohio close mid-morning dining room can't even get any breakfast constantly saying they're not taking orders and gives all the customers attitude the owner needs to just shut it down and sell it off to somewhere that's actually going to produce some food and some money for the people around here worst Wendy's in Dayton shut it down guys!!!!!!

This place is regularly saying they “aren’t taking any orders” in the middle of the day, in the evening, whenever!
Service takes forever. And they just don’t seem to care about their customers time or money. I wish they would just close this place and replace it with literally any other fast food restaurant. If I could give less than one star I promise you I would.

Ordered food from there waited over an hour for them to even get the food to my dasher al I ordered was a sandwich wedges and a drink, how hard is it to make all that. Ridiculous this store needs shut down terrible management and lazy workers.

I don't like going here anymore because of the disrespect attitude they give to my mother almost every time..Their has been times I've went with her so I've seen it and They tend to mess up a lot of orders and another thing, they have you come inside to grab your food after the (person) has set to get their food from the Drive Thru. My mother has a hard time walking and can hardly stand for a certain of time.

It has gotten to the point I had to tell her not to go here anymore. I do not play around when it comes to disrespect towards my mother, idc who you are.

I had placed an order and the entire order was wrong I had ordered 2 spicy chickens plain with no bread they gave me regular chicken on bread I ordered a bacon and cheese potato I didn’t receive that I also ordered a chocolate caramel frosty and a strawberry lemonade and got sprite for both of those

They take forever to take your order. They make their own schedule. I was waiting in the line at 7:25am. No one ever came and took my order. I tried to then go inside 😕 the doors were locked. Just shut the whole establishment down at this point.

No way, would I eat here. I stopped in there to use the restroom, no soap in the women's restroom, and all was working there were women. Meaning, they don't wash their hands. The floor is sticky, and the store is dirty. They need a cleaning company to come in there and clean that store up
