This store will let another person grab your door dash order, then refuse to remake it and threaten to call the cops on you. Everyone needs fired and the store needs closed. I’ve seen Wendy’s run by an entire crew of addicts do better.

Very unprofessional. The guy at the register has no good communication ethics. Very rude. The fries were cold and te burger was sloppy and dry. The nuggets were ok but not good enough. It's bad and to top it all off u had to have card or exact change to purchase. Luckily I had my card on me. I just don't understand. If u don't want to work then don't work, but don't make it bad for the customers cause u wanna be lazy. Alex was the guys name on my receipt. Older black guy.

Ordered the new Panko breaded fish…wild caught pollock at the Salem Avenue store, Dayton, OH 45406. It was a tasteless, squishy square of fish with a crisp coating that is definitely NOT what other Wendy’s are serving! The same sandwich, at other locations, is delicious, white, flaky and fresh with a nice breading. WHY is the Salem Ave. store in Dayton (45406) using a different type of fish that is absolutely HORRIBLE!!

Every time and I mean EVERY TIME I go there the drive thru is always DoorDash only. Literally no one takes my order and the inside lobby is closed .

The place look dirty a lot of homeless people around waited in line for 35 minutes. The food still was cold. Everybody is on their phones instead of waiting on the customers. Bad customer service cashier didn’t even speak. Say thank you nothing.Trash Will not be returning back to this location

Order has been messed up the last times we've visited, we received jr fries instead of the mediums we ordered on the app and paid for the past two visits, wrong sauces and of course they don't answer the phone when you call back to let them know.

I come here at night I was here for about an hour they took forever. When it was my turn tool order I had to wait about 10 minutes. When I gave them my order I got an attitude from the worker. All this time for want their food ain't even that good.

They always outside smoking weed instead of taking orders then I said to the employees when are yall going to start taking orders again they said when they feel like it then I replied I been here and 1hr then they said give them 20 more minutes

Okay so the only reason I am not giving you guys a 1 star is because I got most of my order. Here's what was wrong with this experience. 1) person taking drive thru order doesn't seem to hear well. I gave him my name and up at the window he was getting it wrong even though I kept repeating it for a mobile order. 2) One item was half wrong. That was my chocolate frosty cold brew. Y'all if you are going to be handing out the wrong things don't be trying to play us for stupid. I know what I ordered. 3) napkins, spoon, and fork would have been appreciated. 4) You young kids have got to carry a better attitude. You don't ever want to serve anyone. You are out of, or something isn't working? Isn't that what you guys are saying McDonald's does right? Doesn't seem like it at this store. #11 Btw I to went to BK to get the coffee for my cold brew and finished making it myself. Last but not least if you all don't like your job find another one and let someone who will actually work take your place. Thank you!

3 employees saw me waiting to be served and disappeared into the back after telling me the drive thru card reader was down and I could come inside. 🙃 this has been an ongoing issue for over 2 years, I guess I'm old fashioned for thinking you need to actually work somewhere to keep a job.
