The service has gone way downhill. Last time I was there, I entered the restaurant was standing alive for 5 minutes and not once did any of the staff even recognize me. I used to work in fast food and the restaurant business, and it just seems people have forgotten what it means to serve customers anymore. The food good and all good Customer service good and all but how y’all run out of potatoes and still selling the fries???♂️ it don’t make sense to me the fries are literally made out of potatoes but the food still good tho

Just went back today just to see if anything has changed after a LONG time. Man, night and day. The service was friendly and on point and the food was fresh. I'm so happy I can start eating at Wendy's again. This was for breakfast, so next test will be a evening visit.
