Just went back today just to see if anything has changed after a LONG time. Man, night and day. The service was friendly and on point and the food was fresh. I'm so happy I can start eating at Wendy's again. This was for breakfast, so next test will be a evening visit.

The service has gone way downhill. Last time I was there, I entered the restaurant was standing alive for 5 minutes and not once did any of the staff even recognize me. I used to work in fast food and the restaurant business, and it just seems people have forgotten what it means to serve customers anymore. I understand there is a staffing shortage, but it is really simple to look up at somebody and say I'm sorry for the delay. We'll be with you in a second. But apparently...
