Very friendly staff. One member recommended a flavor of dr pepper to me and I have a new favorite. Another employee helped me avoid an awkward situation when someone was asking if I would buy them some food. They descalated the situation perfectly. Very professional visit.

I waited in the drive-through for 35 minutes in 92 degree weather, with five cars that pulled out. For a 10 piece meal and two fusion Frosty’s when I got to the window the young man was very polite while waiting at the window for my order I observed the young lady who seemed to be a manager only because of her casual attire Standing behind the counter in front of the register vaping. Then proceeded over to the grill area to make sandwiches Without washing her hands. The young man was polite. The service sucked, but the food was hot and fresh.

It's Wendy's but I have been getting fresh cooked lately
My service was decently fast and in an timely order and employees were very nice and respectful
Sitting in drive thru as I write this and it’s been a wait for shift change type of 10-15 mins wait already and still no service this place needs to be shut down or new employees and management please please please replace allllllllllllll current staff

I went to this location to order lunch at the drive thru. I was told that they didn't serve lunch until 1030a. I said it was 1029a. I was corrected by the drive thru man who said it was 1028a. I am not begging you to take my money if you can't order 1 min early.

Every time I order something from this location, they screw it up completely and miss items in my order. To add insult to injury, when I call about my order being wrong, the women had a very bad attitude and doesn’t even offer an apology!! I will never order from here again nor would I recommend this location to anybody!

Served my cold burgers the little ponytail girl at the window gone tell me I bit of course I bit the light skin dude call himself making it over and put bacon on my sandwich so I told him he gone take the bacon 🥓 off like I. Didn’t see and served my old bacon grease food I ask for my money back and he and the rude little girl at window with small ponytail wouldn’t give my money please don’t eat there and if any body got the district manager phone number leave

I came into Wendy’s around 5:30 and when I entered all the crew members looked over and continued working. I literally stood there for 10 minutes until I finally said loudly “is the dine in closed” a younger guy with locs( not the manager) said yes, apologized and said someone would be over. Another 10 minutes goes pass no service so I just walked out. I couldn’t understand why two people (the manager & some girl) were on the back window and why the manager thought it was ok to leave customers standing for 20 minutes when he clearly seen me. I don’t recommend this Wendy’s, highly unprofessional and definitely needs to get some management that knows how to conduct business properly .

The male shift leader or manager with glasses and dreads on the evening of 20 February 2025 lied to me. And provided bad customer service. He instructed me to drive around the building and come inside to pick up my food. When I asked why I had to come inside. He told me it’s at the store’s discretion. All mobile orders and uber eats have to be picked up inside the store. So I told him he should have the app updated that this location isn’t taking drive through orders. Which he proceeded to lie about the mobile app being made by a third party, it’s not made or controlled by Wendy’s. And each Wendy’s operates differently. That he has no control over the mobile app.
My problem with this is it feels about 8 degrees outside. And I selected drive through pick up. Because of the weather and the fact that I have done mobile pick ups before at this exact location with the drive through before with no problems. Sometimes they hand it to you through the window. Sometimes they walk it to your car if the food isn’t ready and you have to wait extra time not to contest their drive through line.
Also the app is directly made by Wendy’s with a simple google search. I already called corporate about the complaint about the interaction. But I feel like complaining directly to the stores reviews should address the problems and concerns about the situation better.
