I just left there maybe 5 minutes ago 11/25/2025 @ 2:55 pm. The fries were cold and the double cheese burger combo I spent $13 on didn't even have single patties on it. I received one single patty and 1 jr bacon patty of beef. I called to try and report this and they never answered the phone. Needless to say I'll never go there again and I suggest you don't neither !!! Poor service and food quality. Meat was also burnt.

Really bad experience i love Wendy’s but will never go back to this location i was being rush after I waited a long time to even be greeted ok so i ordered and forget to ask to make both my biggie bags a large i was we can’t change that we already made it and i asked are you sure it’s just a large drink and fry she said no and then told me we have other people behind you once again being rushed no cup holders trash experience Wendy’s do better

It makes no dam sense when you wait in line longer than expected as well as spend your hard own money for your meal to be cold. The employees are awful for taking our money, when apparently they’re working to do disservice only to milk the time clock. I’m saddened to say that I don’t like going to fast food restaurants in Dayton due to service is mostly unsatisfactory.

Terrible service disgusting. Food. Disgusting. People. Corporate needs to shut down this main location. And whoever was speaking through the box needs to also be fired and lose their job after they’re disgusting, disgusting behavior. I will link the video below and I genuinely do not think anybody should go to this Wendy’s, unless they wanna be treated like this. I expect Wendy’s to do better, and I expect to hear about this 100%.

I have only two complaints about the whole experience my burgers were dried out and overcooked (burnt) & they forgot my frosty
(birthday) but everything else was amazing . I met the manager , Jodius and he was a great individual. Funny, attentive, and cool. The lemonade is still my fave ! Pineapple mango 😋

Unprofessional, store is filthy, conducting a meeting during one the busiest times of day and they didn’t have most of the items on menu.

They can't get a simple order right. 2 plain hamburgers and ONE chicken sandwich with frys, and what we got was TWO spicy chicken sandwiches and the frys, thats it. Robbed of my time and money.

First of all the manager that worked the drive thru last night around 10p, needs to give her manger shirt and job back because she is terrible at managing. They was playing loud music, we sat in the drive thru line for 35 minutes (DoorDash) and then the manager comes to the window, no hello or anything, hands us the food, with wrong drink, and slams window! I’m like ma’am she ignores me. So I had to tell the customer that their drink was substituted rather they like it or not. All of the Wendy’s in Dayton Ohio needs to be and do better. I don’t understand why people think it’s ok to be rude

I was there tonight for a last minute order I ordered a spicy aisago chicken club meal with a chilli and a Dave single meal neither one of the sandwiches were made correctly and the chilli was missing the onions and cheese I asked for me. For almost $30 my whole order should not be a complete mess like it is

Came through the drive thru and was immediately met with rude remarks from a man over the drive thru speaker. He was yelling at one of the women working the drive thru. She apologized on his behalf which I appreciated.
However, they proceeded to scream at one another.
I got my food and they didn't forget anything but I'd still avoid this location.

I was treated very poorly. I was excited about the new frosty options. Was told they only had chocolate which was no problem. I wasn’t asked what size for my frosty, when I got to the window I told the girl I wanted medium. Another employee from inside said that if I wanted them remade I had to get back in line. I’m not pleased with the service.
