So I went thru the drive-thru a few mins ago and when she was handing me the drinks she wasn’t even looking where she was pushing the drinks out the window, I had to asked for a spoon for my frosty, and she didn’t even give me a receipt!
Then handed me food that wasn’t mine that she charged me for, and when I told her she rolled her eyes as if it was my fault.
Upon getting to my job to eat my food, the ranch Chicken wrap wasn’t even wrapped currently and just thrown in the bag, had the food falling out of the foil! Also this is very old chicken and I’m not happy about any of this experience!!
Over all very rude! I will not be returning to this Wendy’s!

came to pick up an order and had to review this hard working man named caleb he is doing excellent job and was all over the place while the store were busy , made my first experience in wendy really nice .

Everytime I have eaten at this Wendy’s my order is wrong. They can never get order correct. Today they forgot fries, other times entire sandwiches but everytime you come here your order will be wrong. I do not understand how hard it is to get a fast food order correct. The manager is obviously uneducated and cannot run a restaurant. It’s fast food. It is not that hard. I will be calling corporate, this Wendy’s is so bad it needs shut down, not because of one mistake but the fact that the have never gotten my order correct the first time.

I've been to this location multiple time and on many occasions they claim to be card only🤨 makes no sense! Other time there have been employees in the building that blatantly disregard the d/t last time visiting 1/19/25 terrible customer service

Terrible works employees ever who stand around in the back whe they know someone is standing up front and no one took my order one employee actually came towards the front to get her a drink drank it and refilled it before walking back to the back again and I got no service after standing there for 10 minutes

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly honestly employees conversations are inappropriate for as loud as they were having if I had my kids with my I would've said something.

Drive thru 3 star max. I was given more individual ketchup packs than fries which by the way were warm-Not Hot. The person making my sandwich must LOVE Mayonaise, 2x what should be on it. Bun warm not grilled or toasted, Chicken Nuggets have gone way down hill. The beef burger was to the standard for Wendy's today. Square, lightly salted but dry and warmish. Not hot and juicy The bacon was as billed no disappointment there.
Wendy's, do better. Go back to the pressed patty, Smash Burgers are the rage again and a better product, period. Whole bacon slices, not bacon pieces.
The flaws with this location are caused by the company losing it's vision. Not by the staff or manager. They lived up to the company expectation.

I ordered a baconator add onion NO mayo. They added the onions along with 10 lbs of mayo. I also ordered a cheesy bacon potato and they added a piece of grey hair to it. 🤢🤮 This is gross, I won’t be returning to this location.

We just tried to go here AGAIN and I’m not sure why. This location always has the absolute SLOWEST service. Maybe I was hopeful that they’d hire someone… we are driving to a different Wendy’s because I bet you will get our food there before we would’ve reached the drive thru window here
