Had to wait 5 minutes at drive-thru speaker with no cars in front and the 2 behind me left. This is a pattern at this Wendy’s. The guaranteed hot fries promo back in the day had them on point! You know wait and get cold fries and just warm food.

Absolutely the worst drive through I’ve ever been through. They take one car at a time and until it’s completed you sit and the speaker waiting to place your order. You have to wait on the car in front of you to pay, served and leave before you can place your order. Then when you finally get you turn they throw your food at you. Insanely rude.

Don't get their specials cause they don't have it, ordered a special combo which is like an extra dollar or so with it's frosty and all we got was a plain vanilla with none of the specialty sauce but charged extra anyway :D also had to wait for like 7 minutes to get service when no one was even at the store.

I stopped here for the Baconator, it didn't look nothing like the picture.
Walked in to order and they are preparing your food without gloves and just throwing food on the buns like it ain't nothing. Hair in the food. Burgers burnt. Chicken nuggets are not done.

Internet says they close at 1, I pull up at 11:20 to them trying to do closing duties to close the store. I waited 20+minutes for a relatively simple order. I don’t know why the owner chooses to stay open later than the employees obviously want to work.
