Don't trust for night orders. Only thing correct was the amount of items I ordered off the mobile app. Cold nuggets despite the wait, both sandwiches were completely wrong from order. You'd think with having to wait it would all be hot and correct. Think the sandwiches were hot. Glad I didn't get fries, those might of been ice cold with how the nuggets were. If it wasn't late and being out all day previously, I would of had them correct it all.

Literally have been sitting in the parking lot for the last 30 minutes waiting on my food been here for 45 minutes total. And guess what I'm getting a large fry and chicken nuggets shouldn't be that difficult there is literally one person behind me and one other person in front of me waiting. I don't know why these fast food chains leave young kids in charge and then they try to close early and then get hit with a late night rush. They should have an adult manager here to make sure everything goes smoothly. I asked the girl at the window for my drink she didn't even know what drink was mine again there's only three cars in this parking lot. How difficult is it to keep a drink straight

Waited 50 minutes for the food which wouldn't have been the worst if it wasn't for several things to be missing and having to go back through the drive through as the lobby was closed I don't blame the workers as I believe they are short staffed

The restaurant was dirty. Tables weren’t cleaned well, floors were sticky. Dirt behind the garbage can may have been rat poo. No paper towels in Women’s restroom. The food was slow coming out . There were only 2 other people in the restaurant, wasn’t like they were busy. And the restaurant was freezing .We were not from Dayton we should have noticed the Burger King across the street was very busy. We should have noticed that . The quality of the food has gone down hill in general at Wendy’s.

Waited at the counter for 6 minutes. No one even spoke to me. Several people looked at me. Someone could had at least told me they would be with me in a minute. Absolutely no communication. Then when the girl took my order, again no communication. The only 2 words she spoke to me at all was dine in or take out. 12 minutes to get a Large drink and a JBC. I will not be back!

They need to get someone in there and get this place together. Very unsanitary. Bathrooms were nasty, their back area was nasty, their windows when you walk in were nasty. I waited 15 minutes before they took my order. They have no sauces, they offered me chill sauce lol also their self beverage had no ice and the drinks were out of order! This wendys needs help.

It's Wendy's, you like the burgers or you don't, I like them a lot, they lose a star for prices!! Time these fast food places realize we can go have a steak dinner at Texas Roadhouse for what i spent on 2 people!!

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s in the Dayton Area! Everytime I go in there they have another reason not to serve you. Went inside, I drive a truck that won’t fit in the drive thru. I wait patiently to be served only to be told Lobby is closed. We have no help? Sad.

Place is gross lobby looks like it has not been swept or moped in a year. They lady that took my husbands order was rude rolling her eyes about everything even had an ear pod in while takeing his order.
