Just got a spicy chicken combo with a blueberry pomegranate lemonade drink and my drink taste like wine...... How long has it been sitting there?
Waited in line for 15 minutes with a voice saying “give me a second”. One other vehicle behind me. I was then rushed through ordering and told “second window”. I went and as I pulled up I saw a gay with long hair handling a bag of frozen product and touching his hair. Should have left right there. The guy at the window then says my price and then hands me the drink where he touched the lid which grossed me out. Could have handed me the drink while holding the bottom. He hands me my card and then disappears for a minute and returns with a bag and hands it to me and walks away. I looked inside and pulled out what I thought was a baconator to find it was just a burger that had a squished bun and the fries were cold and the wrapper had mayonnaise all over the wrapper. I told him about it, he takes it and starts to open it with bare hands. Then proceeds to give it back to me like nothing happened and says it is what I ordered. I told him it wasn’t and he just smiled and said yes. I told him the experience was terrible from the wait time to order to the actual food. He just smiled. No apology at all. I would recommend not going here.

Fix your parking lot
I really need to stop allowing my Wendy’s app from selecting this location to place my orders. Every time we order here there’s issues. Tonight they only have two workers so they have shut off the speaker to the drive through and are only accepting orders at the window. It’ll take two days to get my money back from the App and have hungry kids at home, thought this would be a quick trip has turned into a full 35 minutes. Really think Wendy’s needs to invest in hiring an actual competent store manager that’s up to the the task of hiring employees or shut the store the down till they can.
The buns were old not fresh and the hamburger must of been cooked way in advance. The service was slow either only 2 customers in the place.

Ordered #1 single (Dave's single) and that's what I got, I can't eat bacon! And this is what I got!!! I pulled up at the window and the guy at the window asked me to go pull as far as I can go before I even paid. It was terrible.

Got a Jr. Cheesburger deluxe, small fry and drink. Cost $9.89. Meat patty ice cold! Bun fell apart so bad I couldn't even pick up. That mens your bread was old! Fries cold too. I will nor return ever!
The parking lot could use some patching but the food and service is good

3 times now I have went to the drive thru at lunch and watched nearly everyone drive off because they are sick of waiting.
Seems like they have a system down for getting thru the lunch rush, work as slowly as possible and ignore the customers and they will go elsewhere, BOOM lunch rush cleared out like that, fire everyone!

Just went through drive through on Dorthy Lane Dayton Ohio across from delco park. Staff maybe upset with management and working alone. Should not take it out on customer.

Asked for fresh fries with no salt got nasty old fries and got some nasty mold in my ice cream chicken sandwich was dry and as well as burger ewwww

I’m honestly so shocked about what just happened to me. I was legitimately handed a bag that was on fire. The person at the window didn’t realize it and I don’t blame them because this is a fast food place, they have to go at a pace. The thing is, I could have gotten seriously hurt and I’m so thankful my teenager wasn’t in the front seat next to me. Someone who seemed like a manager came to the window with a skeptical look on his face and asked ME how the bag caught on fire, like it was my fault. Maybe that could have been the case if I was a smoker? I don’t know, but honestly, they could have at least given me a coupon for a free Frosty 🤷🏻♀️
I received the wrong order at the drive thru and realized it once I returned home. The burger I received was full of mayo, more mayo than burger, and the fries were thrice yes thrice cooked….just bad. I was so hungry worked all day and just wanted a spicy chicken sandwich with fries…..I remember when Wendys was always a hot fresh order….its sad that service has declined so much. I will not return only local from now on.

Went to location and 1:45 in DT I waited behind a car for 5 mins. That car left without ordering I pulled up to speaker and was greeted. After a min I asked if they were open no answer so I left. As much as I love the food the service at this location is terrible, the store is run down, and the parking lot is a mine field of pot holes! I will never return to this location!!
