Got a Jr. Cheesburger deluxe, small fry and drink. Cost $9.89. Meat patty ice cold! Bun fell apart so bad I couldn't even pick up. That mens your bread was old! Fries cold too. I will nor return ever!
Sat at the intercom for 5 minutes. The lady was rude when she finally answered. I brushed off the attitude figuring she was having a bad day. But my order wasnt made right and my drink was wrong. I've been to this location 3 times and every time it's always something. I'll never be coming back

My husband and I stopped in for lunch and we were the only ones in the place. Took us 15 minutes to get our food and then other people started coming in complaint about their food from the drive thru. People were rude and very loud and unprofessional. I will NEVER go there again!

Edit: Wendy's in general has been pretty bad over the last 10 years, and this one was teetering on that for a while. I pretty much gave up on Wendy's in general a few years ago, but they have my go to meal when I'm not feeling well so I generally give them a chance once a year. First problem was when I drove up to the drive thru window, I told them my name (mobile order) and they told me to go inside. It is 15 degrees right now. I barely want to open my window, much less get out of my car unnecessarily. Do not have the option of it is not an option, or train your people to do their job correctly. I know this is a tall order with one of the industry leaders in under paying their employees, but it is still necessary. Second, the temperature of everything makes me wonder when the food was made. The fries were barely body temperature, the chicken sandwich is a little better but still well within the temperature danger zone. And a long that same thought the chicken itself is dryer than the bun. This is a double whammy, cold and dry. The flavor of the spices in the breading is still one of the best but the preparation is trash. Third, I don't know if the individual franchises can do anything about, but the prices have gotten insane for the quality of food. This combo cost a little over $12. I also got a chili because there was a $3 off coupon, making it essentially free. I know for a fact that the food cost of this meal is about 15%. Wendy's is robbing the population blind with these prices. I would let the franchise know but they don't care, and probably never will. Hopefully someone will see this and change their mind. Feel free to read my previous review to see how far Wendy's has fallen.
As far as Wendy's goes, this is the best in Dayton (even before the remodel). Food is usually hot and fresh, and the lines move quickly. I drive a mile out of my way because this is so much better than the closer one.

Stopped by here to get a hamberger and we waited in line for about 10 minutes then cars started leaving because no one took their order. We ordered and waiting at window for 10 minutes for our food. He handed me drinks with no straws or spoon so by the time he gave us the food and a spoon the frosty was all melted. Will not go back. Worst service ever.

Literally just pulled up maybe 10 minutes ago. 2 cars in front of us. We pull up to the speaker, wait for 5 minutes, and then we’re greeted with “Welcome to Wendy’s, just to let you know it’s gonna be a 10-15 minute wait for an order”….
I’m sorry, what lmao like what if I literally just wanted a drink. And you’re telling me like a dine-in restaurant that there’s going to be a wait?? Baby, this is a fast food restaurant.
Needless to say we pulled away immediately, and won’t be returningggg <3
Women's bathroom is out of order, so my girls had to use the men's, which isn't too bad, but the sink in the men's doesn't work either, so no one could wash their hands. I asked if they had the little most towelettes, but the associate said no.
The carpet is unbelievably sticky and incredibly gross; I posted a picture.
3 groups of people were ordering food. It was 15+ minutes between each order before any staff member would take the next order. They claimed to be short staffed, but there were at least 4 people working.
When our food was ready, they just set it on the counter and didn't say anything.
Very disappointed with one of my favorite fast food chains.

I stop almost every morning at this location for a Breakfast Backnator. This is by far the best location in Dayton. The lady at the window is so polite and professional and knows good customer service. Whoever is making these sandwiches deserves recognition because they LOOK GOOD, TASTE GREAT they are made professionally and not stingy with the ingredients. I get mine, no egg a lil extra sauce.. it is SLAMMIN GOOD! I realize you have to watch portion control for a good bottom line, but if you’re too stingy you’ll end up with no sales, that’s what most fast food places are going through now. Begging for folks to come back.. They have short changed the public too long.
I drive past 2 Wendy’s locations to eat at this one! GREAT JOB!!! I’ll be back tomorrow

Do not go here they do support the Wendy's menu and times. It's hit or miss on what the have two hours to close.
The lady working the window today was definitely ignorant and has no customer service skills. I don't have a clue as to why she was taking orders to begin with. Your the one that messed up on a order that had 2 separate checks. Then when i try to explaine the situation nicely too you, you wanna get frustrated. I even said thank you too you and your response was "YEP" with a attitude.
Don't take it out on the customer. Just cause your having a crappy day. Mrs.Mckenzie...

The past few times I've been something in my orders has not be correct. Seems like there's some lack of communication whether it be with the drive thru mic or the staff I'm not sure but for the most part food is still good and most of my order is correct.
