I think they couldn't put less meat on a sandwich. Probably not registered by a scale. Restaurants are raising prices while destroying food quality. Put meat on it or whats the point?

Finally, a Wendy’s that taste like childhood! Both times I have been here the food has been top-notch. Always fresh and hot. Their frosties are actually frozen!!! They took the time to hang Christmas lights, that showed me that their team members care about their work environment. Keep it up, thank you for giving me hope in Wendy’s again ❤️

Waited 20 minutes on my food at Wendy’s on Dorthy lane at 9 pm. I got home and my sandwiches were ice cold. My double stack was slimy and almost looked like spit around the onions I’ve never seen a texture like that, on top of that the burgers were literally almost ice cold and the bread was hard, like it had been already cooked and sitting for an hour. THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN

Ok got dave double that was so salty a snail would of died if liked the patty. And soo dry i can use it as a sole replacement for my shoes. To make it more interesting the lights were broken or off, so that no customers can stop by aka pretending closed.

This place is a joke!!!! Service is terrible!!!’ They don’t care about their customers…
I went to the drive through had wait 15 min and there was no one in-front of me inside.
They told me they can’t help me. I asked them if anyone works here and some lady said she cannot help me after 15 min waited to order food. Then I left..

i don’t know what 1st graders they have working there but our order is always messed up horrendously… maybe give your staff some basic competence training before you have them handle food.

Made me wait at the window then asked me to pull forward and wait for 4 minutes while my nuggets cook. Pulled forward waited 17 minutes reversed back to the window (there were no other customers) and they finally gave me my food, which half tasted like it was made an hour ago.

I work at the Jiffy Lube down the street and I frequent this location for lunch and every single time I’ve been the staff have all been exceptional. Food is always correct, the employees are super nice and the managers are very friendly. I’m getting a new job and I pray that I work close to a fast food place as amazing as this one
