I have been living near this Wendy's for only a month and during that time, I've gone here about 6 times now. In those 6 times, this is what I experienced:
- Rude lady working the drive thru (possibly the manager.)
- The store ran out of chicken patties TWICE with no alternatives offered. The manager would just suggest requesting a refund on the app rather than try to accommodate with a different sandwich. Seems like they're trying to avoid working.
- Tonight was what officially caused me so so a review. The store closes normally at midnight and I arrived at 8 PM and they said they are closed.
There's other Wendy's only a few minutes away. I suggest taking an extra 4 minutes to go to a proper Wendy's.

Please hire some Adults. Kids are always out back smoking and even taking your order from there, on the headset. This week was none different. Placed my on-line order only to find out that there was no chili nor salads. Cashier told me they could not refund on-line and they could only replace my items with something equal or lessor value. This is not the crew’s fault however, they didn’t have anything in stock to replace my items. The nonchalant attitude made me fear getting my food. I then had to pull to a parking spot and wait 17 minutes for cold fries, nuggets and a chicken sandwich. The staff is not clean nor hygienic. I fear ordering anything here ever again!!

This location is terrible. Mobile ordered but they ran out of biscuits. Couldn't provide a refund so I had to attempt online. On a different occasion they were CLOSED during their own business hours so I had to cancel my mobile order for breakfast. (I had to go inside to find out - it's attached to a Tim Hortons)

Idk who the gentleman was who was working tonight, but he was working all by himself. He greeted me at the speaker explaining he was the only one, the wait time may be longer, but the food would be fresh. This guy sincerely hustled his ass off and genuinely apologized for the delay multiple times. I’ll note that there wasn’t even a noticeable delay (despite multiple customers). Give this dude a raise! Excellent service, excellent work ethic.

Disappointed!
The chili wasn't available, the bun was stale, and the dining area was empty yet filthy by noon. The rewards program was also not available.
The only positive was that the spicy chicken was hot and flavorful.

If I could write it zero I would. I have not been to Wendy's in a very long time. So thought I'd try Wendy's today with my grandson. Pulled up the drive-thru window and asked for salad, the lady said, "I'm sorry but we have no salads available today." That's one of the main reasons I stopped at Wendy's because I didn't want no stupid sandwich. So then I asked for a baked potato with bacon and cheese. Her reply, " I'm sorry but we don't have any baked potatoes ready at all and it will take us a while. " By now I'm not very happy! Had my grandson not wanted to try their chicken nuggets I would have pulled away. Anyway, I go ahead and order his chicken nuggets, fries, and his fruit punch. Then I just get the fries that they call baconator fries for myself (definitely not worth the cost!!!). The lady at the window gives us our drinks and says, " We are waiting on the meat for your sandwich so can you please pull forward and we will bring out your food. " So they gave us our drinks and I pulled forward. After I pulled forward , thought to myself wait a minute I didn't order a sandwich? I had just gotten water so I went to take a drink of my water and it's a large water with no ice. Then I realized that there is also no ice in my grandson's punch. I taste my water, he tastes his punch and both are lukewarm. So I send my grandson into the store to get a large glass of ice while I'm waiting in line for our food. While my grandson's in trying to get ice the lady comes out with our food and hands it to me. I say to her, "We didn't get any ice in our drinks!!". She says, " We don't have any ice right now. " I say to her, "I want my money back for the drink!1" and she just walks away!!!! Then my grandson comes out with a small glass of ice (too small to be enough for two large drinks) and he makes the comment that when he's in there a girl that came from outside said while laughing,"I just told an old lady we didn't have any ice and she was still talking and I just walked away.". My grandson asked me if she was talking about me. Calling their corporate office and manager!! Don't go to Wendy's on Indian ripple by The Greene!!!!

Morning crew definitly the B team. Menus never swapped. Half the time the dont amswer the drive through windoe and i just have to pull off. Sometimes not even open or get order wrong. This morning they asked if i was using the mobile app, i said no then tgey ghosted me.

The guy that took our order was very nice and polite. The place was not very clean though. The bathrooms were terrible. The ketchup was not filled in the lobby. They had no tea that day and the salad I had was very sad looking with the apples lookimg old. The chicken that was put in the cup was swimming in juice. Over all I would not recommend this location.

We left and went across the street to Burger King.
