I went through the drive thru and ordered chicken nuggets for my grandsons. 1 eats 3 10 piece and the other 2 10 piece. I order 50 family meal but in separate boxes. Reason being in the aluminum pan the nuggets get soggy from the steam. The person taking my order didn't want to do it how I ordered it instead he wanted to charge me for 5 10 piece. The difference is $34 and $ 21 dollars. Why I ordered it this way is because every Wendy's I go to from here to North Carolina has me order them this way. The Wendy's on Woodman dr. did it without me asking because I forgot. Moving on... When I got home gave the boys the bag there was 26 nuggets in 6 different boxes the amount in the boxes ranged between 1 and 5. I drove back to Wendy's at the Greene and went inside the 3 workers said "here she comes" and started laughing. I asked for the mngr and was told he was in the bathroom. I insisted on getting my other 24 nuggets and the one that did it was going to argue with me when the mngr walked up. He fixed above and beyond what I wanted. I should not have had to return to Wendy's to have this corrected.

From the time I pulled up it wasn’t the best experience. The gentleman taking my order kept cutting me off while placing my order, no patience whatsoever. As I got to the window it got worse the cleanliness/ grooming of the employee on the register was terrible. Dirty nails, scratches/ cuts on his arms, clothes wrinkled and not tucked in, and hair past his shoulders (not in a ponytail or bun). He handed me my drink with the top halfway on (what if it would have spilled on me) then I asked for a frosty and there was ice cream all over the outside of the cup. I had to ask for a napkin. Once I received the rest of my order I began to check my sandwiches. I ordered the Dave’s single & a crispy chicken BLT. The tomato on both was horrible , soggy and small with the core still in it and they were dry (hardly no mayo on the bun. It was one of the worst experiences. You would expect much better in Beavercreek!

Went to pick up an order on March 24th at 11:40 pm for Doordash. Went to the drive thru and I was asked if I wanted to order, when I said what I was there for they went silent. I pulled up to the drive thru window and I could hear people in there talking and cleaning, but no one came to the window. At one point I saw someone pull the money from a cash register and then they closed the store. The order I was there for and the persons order that was behind me was never made.

Tried Wendy's for the first time in ages. Single burger was old and did not contain all the ingredients. Took one bite, then threw away and let staff know. I won't be back.

We should have left when our shoes stuck to the floor as we walked in, but I was hungry. The counter was filthy too, and the restaurant was deserted, which I thought was odd at lunchtime (12:30 pm) in a busy area. There had been only one car in the drive thru as we approached, and despite being the only customers in the building, we waited 5 minutes for the cashier to come take our order. The food was mediocre but edible, but I won't be back. This is sad, as this location used to be clean and busy.Dietary restrictions: Per request, they served my burger with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. This is the third Wendy's location I visited in a week, and all had this option on their menu. This was the worst restaurant of the three, both for the quality of food as well as the cleanliness and service.

I just came to the Wendy’s on Indian ripple rd and I walked in wasn’t greeted by the long hair lady with no teeth she didn’t say one word to me and was looking weird at me.She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and if you look at the cameras there you’ll see what I’m talking about she rubbed me as a racist and I will be calling corporate in the morning

This location, honestly, needs a staffing overhaul.From top down. The mobile ordering is a mess and takes at minimum, 9-12 minutes. Drive thru is slow. The actual products are rarely hot and fresh, and routinely when I order from this location, ingredients or items are missing. Such as my unmodified Dave's Single, just randomly missing lettuce. Not once, but twice, in the same order.Also in that order? A chicken wrap, and the wrap had lettuce.Not to mention it just being very cool to the touch, which is unexpected, but not surprising.

My 2 grandchildren ate at this location last night and are very very sick today from eating this food, it's definitely food poisoning, no fever just throwing up, do better, we will never come back!!!

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I have been to. I went through the drive thru. They rug my order up wrong. When I found out they gave me attitude because they had to ring up another order for me. The only drinks they had available were coke and Diet Coke. The person at the window had an attitude. Then when he bagged my food he put four meals in one medium bag. I had to ask for another bag so my fries would not spill out of the bag. He tossed the bag at me. I told him to have a wonderful night and he slammed the drive thru window and flipped me off. Stay away from this Wendys apparently they don’t care how they treat customers.
