I went in today and it was really busy, but the staff was very composed and got the drinks out quickly. The girl that helped me named Sierra wrote me a nice note on my cup. The wurtle is really good.
When I requested my drink be made with caramel syrup instead of sauce, they refused and said it still mixes. The situation was uncomfortable. I wouldn't say the employees were rude, was just awkward. I never get my latte made with sauce as it makes the drink taste heavy. The last time I was here, it was made with syrup. So I am unsure as to why it was different this time. The chocolate is delicious.
I would like to compliment all the staff at the Far Hills location. They are always cheerful and I truly look forward to seeing them each day. Calais always goes out of her way to say hello and to make sure everything is perfect for me.
