I usually go to the Winans in troy but came to this location by Kettering main campus due to the birth of my grandbaby. The ladies were extremely sweet and very friendly. My sugar free Mocha was fantastic. Absolutely would come back to this one if I was in the area!
Fantastic local company (Piqua) that makes its own chocolates and roasts their own beans (and their own flavored coffee too and fresh k cups if you like those) in their main facility.
This particular local shop is great with wonderful drinks and snacks and friendly employees in a clean bright space. Great coffee drinks and smoothies.

I come here a lot on weekdays in the morning, usually through the drive through. It seems that you could use at least a third person on shift. It gets extremely busy and the wait gets very long (actually even when there’s only a car or two), and can see they’re also trying to fill online and DoorDash orders as well. The staff seem increasingly frustrated and it shows, and the rest of us are late for work.
