Ordered 6pc boneless basket,8pc traditional, 6pc traditional basket and a chicken sandwhich combo. Took 55 minutes to get our food. We were dinning in and food was bagged. 8pc traditional was short wings, boneless basket chicken was cold and the fries were over salted. Meanwhile we watch another order come for dine in and they may have waited 15min. Very disappointing when I mentioned the wait all we got was how long the traditional wings take to cook (6minutes) and then my boys were given a brownie. Very disappointed maybe will try another location some time. 🤷🏼♀️

Ordered doordash for my family. The Dasher waited over half hour for the order. They ended up canceling the order because it was taking so long. This location is always super slow getting the food out. Pretty sure this was our last attempt from ordering here.

I’ve never had a good experience with this Wingstop they always leave something out and are very rude about making things right, usually you just end up without whatever they forgot.

the only thing decent about this place is the food when they occasionally get it right, called in requesting a refund for the food missed on my pickup order, the lady was extremely rude and practically dogged on us for even asking for the refund of a item we didn’t get, we live about 25 minutes away and weren’t willing to go back in for the fries she missed- it seemed like she knew exactly what order when we called she described the other items we ordered. NOT TO MENTION SHE WAS RUDE AND UNPLEASANT DURING THE PICKUO PROCESS

I think the managers name is Kayla, but she is extremely rude and witness her be even mean to her coworkers. It was a very poor experience and it’s sad that people like this work in food

Walked in when the order was supposed to be done gave the cashier my name he said they were still working on it the whole time the order was sitting in the window and he never called my name until I finally asked about it waited 30 minutes on an order that was already done

horrible this is why i never order from here this is my second time here and ive had horrible service each time. the one time i decide to order they forget a few things from my order and i tried calling for a redelivery and i was on hold for 45 minutes and no one answered at all i know they hear that phone ringing so i just ended up refunding everything and this truly pissed me off to the core on how no one was answering at all especially in all the time i was on hold.

Had standing water on the floor food on the floor there was sauce on the window from the kitchen that a customer can see in the dining room look like it been on the window for a while celery was brown French fries with all the powders and sugar was too salty and gross tasting
