The food in itself was just okay. You can tell the order was rushed. They were understaffed, which inevitably prolonged orders. There were people who were there for well over an hour that had placed online, in store, and door dash, myself included. The ready time said 30 minutes which is so misleading if they were understaffed. The management didn’t even come to the restaurant to help them, which they were struggling. They could only do so much but it led to frustrated customers and even led to some cancelling their order. I just think the management could have done so much better at prioritizing the customers. It was honestly ridiculous waiting that long and doesn’t really make me want to go back anytime soon, if ever..

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.My food is NEVER ready when they say, it always takes an extra hour on top of the estimated wait. And when I do finally get my food it’s never correct. Either the food is cold or it’s the wrong sauce or not what we ordered.Don’t bother trying to call them for them to correct it, they’ll just hang up on your four times. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. Being short staffed isn’t an excuse for getting orders wrong and not taking calls.NOT WORTH IT.

So they got my order wrong and when I called them about it the woman working there hung up on me three times.All I got out was “I just got a delivery from you and it was..” hang up. I thought I just got disconnected but then the same thing happened again. On the third call I said said “hi, you just hung up on me” then of course she hung up.I feel bad for the good employees / customers who have to deal with that woman.

My son and I both went in and placed a carry out order. About 10 min after we ordered, another couple ordered. Well, 25 min, into us waiting, the other couple got their food. When, I went up and asked nicely, why did they get their food, first and was ours almost done? They acted like they didn’t know our name or order?? My son is Luke, they put the name Lew? And said it would be another 15 min? It was not a big order. The taller guy seemed to be in charge, had glasses, blondish hair, was like “what’s the problem?” He Was very bullly-ish. I explained we had been waiting and he was like “it will be out in a few min.”. He and Saniya, were at that point rude, disrespectful, offered no apology for taking so long, No Sorry, for the misunderstanding. Our food came out and no one said anything. They laid it at the window. No apologies at all, And we left. The food was good, service was awful. We are not complainers, and all I asked is why people that came in after us got their food first?? It was met with hateful comments and rude tones. First time ever coming to Wing stop, and unfortunately probably my last.

We always place a pick-up orders, and once we arrive it takes an extra 30-40 minutes to get our food. I get being busy, but when the customer service isn't good, then you lose customers. Won't be back.
Overall poor experience. My friends and I were excited to try WingStop after hearing great things via social media. Upon entering, we were instantly greeted in the most unprofessional manner. The female worker asked us if we had a pickup order, in which we said “no,” and proceeded to almost laugh at us. We were then informed that there were “no cashiers” and if we wanted food then we would have to place an order on WingStop’s website. After that, we were told that the wait would be 45 minutes so we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Once we got to our vehicle, we watched as most of the workers there took their business to the cash register which confused us as for the fact that we were informed there was no “cashier.” Poor experience overall and will not be returning.

I would get food at this location at least 2 times a month, but I am not coming back. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to get my food, and I asked 3 separate times about my order while it was sitting on the rack. They read the name but didn't notice or were too preoccupied thinking about something else to actually see my name on the bag. By the time they checked, the food was cold, and I was done. I got a refund, but after waiting over an hour so nobody could bother letting me know about the food, even when I asked, I am done with Wingstop.
