Extremely rude when I was trying to give you guys a good rating it said take a survey and get free fries I was going to make a purchase and as I was trying to she snatched a receipt from me not being able to receive the free fries but okay I guess this is what you call good customer service never again I wouldn't even recommend ordering from this location no one was wearing gloves behind the counter while they were touching each other and touching your food and putting it in the bag nobody seemed to wash their hands the whole 20 minutes I watched

nobody in there does their job. Stood and waited for my order for 20 mins while they danced around and listened to music… very ghetto and unprofessional, was very racist and rude towards a man in there while i was waiting. Food was cold and tasted like microwaved chicken.

Although the staff was friendly, the length of time it took to get the food was totally unacceptable. I was there 45 min waiting on 10 wings and fries. There were 6 people in the kitchen but only 2 people actually doing anything. I love wingstop but I will not be going to the Huber Heights location again!!

Why didn’t anyone tell me that I can’t get any flats unless I pay extra for all flats? The chicken was dry…. Don’t eat at this location. Save your money! So disappointing!

I order today around 930pm the food was nasty fries all hard and not seasoned how I ask for small boneless chicken the food was rush I will never order again
Food was great, unfortunately it took over half an hour for my food. Meanwhile people who placed orders in store but came in after me, got their food first. I'm not kidding when I say there was like almost 20 people working. Small place and soooo many workers. Most of whom just stood around and chatted. I understand it takes time, I ordered 3 meals and after like 20 minutes I was getting annoyed. I didn't want to pressure them too hard but the time and the people who came in after getting their food first was frustrating enough. There was pressure to do the survey, which I did do. The 2 staff that were at the front, a lady and a gentleman were both friendly and polite. They got a little distracted with personal conversations, but I'd rather that than people be mean and rude. A friendly atmosphere is definitely a highlight of this location. But be prepared for possible long waits. Not sure how kitchen prioritizes orders but they did seem to get a lot of door dash. So maybe order through that so you don't wait forever like we did.
