This place is a joke first I tried to go online to order its down so then I call to place an order the gentleman tells me that they are not taking orders. Let me add that the time is 6:29 pm unbelievable. Shut this place down fire everyone there and get you a real crew that can handle the volume.

Ordered carry out last night. Asked if my order was ready when I got there and the kid said no. Waited about 10 minutes and asked again. He said he didn't know. Same response the next 3 times I asked.Finally after 30 minutes the shelf for the carryout orders was empty except for 1. My order had been sitting there the whole damn time!Food was stone cold and I was told that is have to wait another 20 minutes to have my order re made.Y'all need to put the blunt down and step your game up!

They forgot to give me ranch . The whole reason I order from there is for the ranch I paid EXTRA for ranch and still ain't get it . AND I left tip . Why ya always gotta mess up my food ! I ain't even get my drink ! I love wingstop but ya always manage to mess it up . I'm not leaving tip anymore cause this wingstop sucks .

Waited 20 minutes for cold wings soggy fries cold corn and the sauce was definitely off literally threw away both our meals and left absolutely atrocious service and food don't go here I never will
I called because their website was having issues processing payments online. I tried to call ahead to order since online wasn't working and because I lived far away from the location. The girl that picked up the phone claimed you can't place orders on the phone. She stated "it's not that busy so it will be fast"........it was not fast.If you call, the automated voice stated press 1 to place an order. In the store they have signs saying they take phone call orders.So either you guys need to update your stuff, or your associates lie.Very frustrating experience.

I have visited this location twice. Food was great the first time, during which I ordered bone-in wings. Second time I ordered boneless chicken pieces and I could not eat it because it was so salty. Service was really good though, love the people that work there. So friendly and easy smiles.

Dude running register was super friendly and cute….? friendly staff, had a casual convo with other customers while waiting …Well i do that everywhere i go…but eat here! Get garlic parm wings with hot on the side..Delicious. fries were still hot when i got home…? 5 stars…worth the $ and the wait.Parking: Run over to ur right and grab a bottle while u wait for your wings……?

First wingstop experience... So disappointed in the sauces..Hawaiian tastes like ginger overload. mild tastes like butter. Maple Sriracha tastes like syrup. Korean tastes like nothing. The bbq was actually good but I go to bbq places for bbq not wing places (my kid ordered them). Fries were great so 2 stars total. Have to compare to Buffalo wild wings since that place is so popular. Obviously bw3 sauces are 10* compared to Wingstop's 1*. Size wise though both boneless and trad are bigger and juicier at Wingstop. Yet another place I'd sneak Caribbean jerk sauce (etc) onto their wings to improve them
Every time I try to call and ask to talk to a manager about adding extra Parmesan as an option on DoorDash they hang up. SMH.
