Essentially overpriced Pizza Hut that will all but certainly arrive lukewarm and only be missing one or two items you ordered if you’re lucky. I’ve really tried to like this place, but they either need to have their own delivery folks or just quit delivering because they have missed the mark 3/3 times on my orders. The food is ok, but the hassle simply isn’t worth the prices they charge. That’s it for me.

Went there because it said they sold pizza by the slice. Got there and there were old looking pan pizzas in the counter. I asked if they were doing any round pizzas slices and the very rude worker barked “what’s in the counter is what we have” pizza was ok at best.

Pizza was by far the sloppiest pizza I've ever had and I love it that way. Talk about New York style slices. We tried the rainbow and it did not disappoint. For the price for a whole pie ($28) I will be coming back soon

I walked in and the pizza looked like it's been sitting out for hours like seriously disgusting ended up leaving after no one came to take my order at the counter.

We drive by Wizard of Za almost everyday. I noticed the pizza by the slice sign. This morning I told my youngest son we were going to head over there after school and get a slice since it was birthday the day before. He walked there and I met him outside. We both ordered a slice of the Vodka sauce pizza Sicilian style. It was great. I am a NYer so I don't eat pizza crusts but I did so today. We will definitely make it a tradition to eat there together once a week. Thanks Wizard of Za!

I had this pizza at an event, at Dayton Mediation Center, thank you! So I can only speak to it as delivered. We had cheese, pepperoni, veggie, and sausage and pepperoni. The pizza was still hot and it was very good. Everyone liked it. Will for sure try them in their restaurant.

I ordered through grubhub, so I can't review in store service, or atmosphere, but.... I feel like there should be a HUGE disclaimer on the spice level in their sauce and in the meatballs. My 6yo son got quite the surprise when biting into the pizza, then trying a meatball, then he thought to be safe he would have a piece of cheese bread with the pizza sauce it comes with... All too hot for him. I am not a big fan of spicy either, so I am pretty disappointed. The food, minus the spice, doesn't have bad flavor, but unfortunately, you can't take the spice out of the food! The price is a bit high for what you get and the quality... It was a bit overdone. Also, how am I the first person to comment on the heat level here? I'm not overly sensitive to spicy (of course my 6yo is a bit more sensitive to it), but it's not expected in a regular pepperoni and sausage pizza. Maybe I missed something, somewhere? Idk, but ours is going in the trash. Also, the stickers used to ensure your food isn't tampered with, they don't stick so they were just stuck on one side and not securing anything. I have no doubt that our food was perfectly safe and not touched, just an observation.I really wanted to love this place, maybe I'll try a white sauce pizza later down the road and fall in love then. Like I said, the flavors aren't bad, the unexpected heat level was a total bummer.Kid-friendliness: Don't order anything with red sauce unless your child enjoys spicy food! It was a very unpleasant surprise for my little guy!

Delivered without ordered drink or dressing on salad. Breadsticks are noticeably worse than before.

First time trying the pizza and bread sticks it was very good. There homemade ranch was very good. The meatballs were spicy but good. You could tell they were

Went here for our 1st time after doing several deliveries in the past. Food was ready around the time said online, got a square Pepperoni, a Hot Hawaiian Square and garlic knots for $27.07. Fiance liked her Pepperoni quite a lot and I enjoyed my Hawaiian, not mind blowing but great overall, the garlic knots were alright, nice and chewy but not raw levels of chewy but wasn't crazy about the red sauce. If you're wanting to try a pizza and your friend or significant other wants something else, I can easily recommend the Square size, it was just the right amount of food for us.

Whole salad and half salad are exactly the same with an $8.00 difference? When I asked I was told there was “More lettuce in the whole one” and that she “Didn’t make the salad”. No one at our table could tell a difference so pretty sure I just paid WAY too much for basically a side salad. Of the five of us at the table three were displeased with the food. Not a terrible place but not one I would ever suggest to anyone either.

Ordered a rectangle pie with pepperoni and banana peppers. Toppers of Romano, parmesan, and basil were added (included in the price). The cheese was amazongly thick and overall the pizza was great! We picked it up to check the location. Restaurant was clean and the employees were chopping fresh toppings when we entered. The Wizard of Za has been added to the family rotation.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but it’s just not “wow” don’t get me wrong everything was good. No complaints. I feel like it just comes down to value. The pizza itself was solid, good potion, fresh, a little over cooked… the garlic knots tasty on the outside, bland on the inside. I was also confused to be served a Detroit style slice when the logo is a more traditional slice. I recommend a visit on your own. I can see how some people could love this place I just was underwhelmed.

Very good pizza I would get the Rosa sauce on your pizza as it's very delicious! Atmosphere is lacking I would take the pizza back to wherever else you can eat it and enjoy the tasty experience that is this
