Tried many local boba teas and Yumi is my favorite. They also have a location at the Greene. Very customizable and very accommodating staff.

I love this place. It was recommended to me a year or so ago and we can’t get enough of it. The two girls that serve us are always so pleasant, too! Consistently great Vietnamese coffee and our kids love the butterfly and mango drinks.thanks so much for a great treat and great service!

I go to this place multiple times a week because the drinks are so good. I haven’t had a bad boba drink or any tea that I didn’t like. Some things I have tried are the Strawberry Matcha latte with strawberry boba and the tropical fruit tea with boba. Both were good. I also have tried the Oreo mochi donut but it didn’t have much of a sweet factor for me. I recommend this place overall. The decor inside is also cute.

This place is hit or miss. Their product is good, but their service is questionable. I have visited this place during their posted business hours, and it has been closed. I recently purchased a boba tea and a matcha boba tea. When the teas were finished, we noticed that the boba pearls were missing and alerted the worker to that observation. She tapped on the cup and stated “look at the tag…you didn’t pay for it”. …But we ordered it…so it was clearly an error. Then we asked if the boba could be added to which she replied “that will be a dollar”… I asked if she could put it on a charge card …to which she replied “we have a $5 minimum card charge”…so I asked if she could cancel the previous transaction and recharge everything together …and her response was “no..only a manager can do that”. The entire transaction was frustrating because this was THEIR clerk’s error. I finally found change in my car and was able to add boba to the tea. I understand that mistakes happen, but good customer service goes a long way in how people view your store. The people at the Yumi Boba in the Greene are outstanding. I hope that the employee in Miamisburg was just having a bad day, but unfortunately this Miamisburg store now has a bad review because of her attitude and actions

Such a cute little spot. I definitely loved my honeydew milk tea with lychee boba. My daughter had a coffee something lol I don't remember what it was but it definitely was good. The girls are sweet absolutely will be going again

We've always had a good experience here. It's quick, cute, and has had the best Milk Tea in the area.

the boba is fine, been here lots of times. it’s a cute place, never had a problem. ordered two drinks today, one for me and one for my five year old twins to share. i got my drinks and she gave me two straws, to which i asked if i could get one more straw since my twins were sharing, the young lady working there looked me up and down smiled and said “one straw per drink” and refused to give me another straw. not a huge deal, but definitely caught me off guard. personally i think after paying $13 for two drinks, i should be able to have one extra straw?
