First time at Zink's and am I impressed. Went to listen to music and ordered a Merlot that was inexpensive but delicious. Decided to order steak for dinner. Love that you can determine your steak by cut and ounces! I ordered sirloin that was truly the best I've ever had. Melt in your mouth with the perfect cook and spices. Fries and salad rounded out a perfect dinner along with really enjoyable live music. Ohand service was impeccable. Well done Zink's!

First time at Zink’s on a Friday night. Went to see Bobby D. and his band who I’ve known for a very long time. The band was playing well and to my surprise, Bobby invited other musicians he knew to play with the band. Was a really cool thing to do and the audience loved it. I had a great time.My friend and I ordered 1/3 pound hamburgers. They were cooked perfectly and the beef was very fresh and seasoned perfectly. The staff was friendly and served us well! The crowd was “older” which made for a relaxed time.

Always great food and entertainment!

Very nice place, nice atmosphere, they do have a variety of can and bottle beers and more. Had the Philly steak & cheese, it had actual cuts of tender sirloin, very delicious & price right with fries.

Had a very good first experience here, friendly staff greeted us and the whole place had a welcoming feel! I ended up getting the Hoffanator and it was phenomenal! One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. My coworker got a Ruben and it was also very tasty. Will definitely be coming back!

Dave & crew are first class with quality meats & homemade deli style sides that are to die for ! I'm not a wine person but they have a very good selection of wines to accompany your meat selection. Their fresh made sandwiches are off the chain and you won't be disappointed!

Lots of parking in a Deli that is friendly and seems always busyBest to call in order for assured pickupWe like the German influence, and note more than a few folks are dining on siteThe tariff is appropriate for the fare

I should start off by saying that I did not review the wine selections. As a new resident in Ohio and a transplant from California, I have generally found the wine selections to be less then inspiring so I've given up.In terms of meat, they've got everything. Whole chickens, half chickens, quarter chicken skinless chicken, skinless thighs, bacon, sausages (Italian, bratwurst, Polish, etc.)They've got briskets ,steaks, roasts, hotdogs and hamburgers, and, of course, buns for everything. The place is always very busy, but have no fear the staff know what they are doing and they're fast, efficient and knowledgeable.

My wife and I have tried several times to stop at Zinks and just check it out. They have been closed every time and it's on a Friday night. If you have hours keep them.

We found this place by chance and have no idea how we did not know of it sooner. Oh my gosh. The best thick cut Kahn's fried bologna sandwich ever. We had it served on grilled sour dough bread instead of the bun it comes on. So much to try that we plan on returning in the near future.

Best burger in Centerville

An overall recommendation from a first time customer. I chose their tenderloin sandwich largely because it caught my eye and bought back memories of many state or county fairs. What I experienced was that service was reasonably prompt, the room rather sparse and needing a little attention (the floor badly needed to be swept while the wait staff was chatting), and the lunch item was very nicely plated. Very generous portions, and tasty, but far more than I could complete on an average appetite. The drink refills are self-service, as is cleaning up after oneself. The one suggestion for improvement he is in light of it being a midweek, mid-afternoon. When I entered and was chatting with both wait staff, I mentioned this was my first time in. They were friendly when I initially engaged with them. However, I would have liked a check back after the meal was served.

They were friendly and accommodating, however when I asked for a specific cut of meat that they stated they could provide, they instead sent me home with a cut of sirloin roast, instead of what I asked for. I'll try again maybe and see if I can provide them an exact mapping of what the cut is and from where on the cow, as it apparently isn't a well known cut outside of the small area of California it is prevalent in. It's a wonderful cut with two grains to to the meat, which can make it irritating to carve once grilled. All in all a clean, nice place, though a bit pricey from what I've seen quality wise when compared to other similar places I've been throughout the US.

Friendly, helpful staff and gobsmackingly good sandwiches. Prices are a steal for what you get.
