Pizza was ordered at 639, was told it would be here in 30-40 minutes. Called at 720 and was told it was the next one out. At 740 someone walked up to my door with a pizza (the wrong order) they turned around without knocking and I when I called to tell them what happened and that my 3 year old was past her bedtime at this point, I was told, " well do you want your money back or do you want a pizza?" What's worse is there was negative attitude, honestly even just an apologetic tone would have helped, but attitude and nothing more. Worse customer service from a pizza place in some time. Over 2 hours wait by the time it showed up. Icing on the cake is they didn't have the right crust.I reached out after being asked to follow up and never received a response. Hopefully they didn't just tell me to reach out so people who see their reviews assume they fixed the problem.Update: was told they would get back with me a few days ago, still no word.

Order from Marco’s three or four times a month during the football season for years at blue rock location and always tip drivers very good. Just moved to this side of town and called in because my second consecutive order was messed up and they tell you.” We don’t make mistakes “ . Wasn’t even looking for my money back just wanted to make sure it was clear and it’s fixed for future. Definitely won’t be ordering from them anymore.

I bought a pizza on sale but I had an additional $5 rewards but it would not give it to me. And when I tried to call the store it took 2 hang-ups to finally get through to the land of confusion. I have never experienced this type of service from this store. Love the pizza. Hope to get it fixed.After getting my food the amount of ingredients, mushrooms, was small and clumped to a small area of the pizza and the pizza was a bit under done. I have been used to them in the past having the ingredients even throughout and am even amount. This really was a disappointment. I was told by the girl on the phone she was no clue and could not help with the rewards that expires on the 4th. I asked for a manager and was told they only had a shift supervisor who constantly asked someone else, most likely a manager that did not want to take the call. The smartest bulb in tonight’s box was seed to be the driver. This has been my go to pizza but I think I’ll have to rethink that after tonight’s fiasco.

I called the Marco's in deer park Ohio. After listening to the recording for 9 mins someone picked up the phone and sat it down. Didn't say anything. I knew it would be a long time before it would be delivered and I didn't want to lose my spot so I hung on. For 35 minutes I sat there listening to them and the phone ringing. In 35 minutes the phone rang a total of five times during my waiting. Not once did they answer it. Finally they hung up the phone. Not once did anyone talk to me. They just let me sit there. I called back and had to wait another 10 minutes. Then when it was answered I was up set. I used no foul language. The lady that was getting my problem wrong. Which made me madder. She didn't say anything she just sat the phone down and after another 5 minutes they hung up on me again. I guess you're getting so many internet orders you can just forget about the phones. So old people like myself who are on oxygen and don't use the internet can't order food for his grandchildren. So if you're looking for food for your family and you want to use Marcos I would call someplace else because they don't even know common manners when answering the phone.

What a JOKE! who let's their company employees , and none employees serve drugs out of their business? Were none employees goes behind the counter and gets food for themselves. What company let's this go on? Hell you can order a large pizza with an quater ounce of weed on the side.

I have lived in the Deer Park for over 15 years and have frequented Marco's more than I can count. However, my experience yesterday was one that I will never forget nor could I ignore,so I had to write a review as a devout Zelper it's my duty.We order originally an online order for delivery that consisted of Ian pizza bowl without mushrooms however when it was delivered an hour and a half later, it was delivered with extra mushrooms. We called to complain, and we were met with opposition from the beginning we offered in the end to compromise that we would come and pick the order up hung up the phone. Five minutes later we were told that they were not gonna make the order because they did not like our attitude and hung up. We called back, of course, and explained that we would be there and calling the police which we did .The police did meet us there about five minutes after we arrived although it was a civil matter.The officer just advised us to settle it at the end and that if I was not satisfied that I could file a a formal complaint .He remade our pizza bowl while making snide comments under his breath because the police left at this point.I wanted to file a formal complaint and asked for the guy's name which he refused to give. I would hate to think that it's racial, but I have no other conclusion to come too. Oh I forgot when I asked to speak with a manager he replied "speaking'.

I ordered a deluxe pizza bowl to be delivered at 12:30pm, it didn't arrive until after 1:00 pm and it wasn't even correct. It was all over the box and it was just sauce and cheese that was luke warm at best! And to top it all off, it was the manager that

Literally watched a young male employee walk to the front door with pizza dough in hands making someone’s pizza with no gloves on! So not only did he not have on any gloves while making a pizza but he walked to the front door to open it because something was wrong with the lock so he had to let another employee in and the pizza dough was still in his other hand. Extremely unsanitary!! I used to love ordering from this Marcos but was unaware of how unsanitary they are I will never order from them again!
