The only wine bar in Cincy I'll go to, this place is fantastic. Super chill, laid back atmosphere with some excellent wine to boot (I'll admit, I've never tried their food although the pics look great!). Everything is affordable, the owners are great to chat with and they genuinely make you feel like they're just happy you're there. A few friends and I have made use of their game shelf and even brought our own board game to play one night! Never any complaints when I spend the evening at Mio Vino!

Love Mio Vino! We've been coming here for years, had my sister's 30th birthday here years ago, we love it! Love that they let you bring your own carry out on to enjoy with your wine but also they have neat little options like this charcuterie board! The owners are fun!

This was the perfect setting for our last-minute work holiday gathering. Christy was amazing, she was very communicative during the booking process. She acted as our bartender and host during our event and couldn't have been more friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The space was decorated already for the holidays but we brought our own additional décor as well, which didn't end up being necessary as the vibe was perfect when we arrived. We were able to pick a playlist and enjoy dozens of games of all kinds of varieties, which was a pleasant highlight during our gathering. Christy explained the history of their brews and provided suggestions for the wine-tasting virgins as well as those who have done wine-tasting before. Overall our experience couldn't have been better, everyone was made to feel comfortable and able to easily enjoy themselves. Would highly recommend.

Ugh, I hate leaving not-so-great reviews, but I wish I had known what the wine was like here before we went. Went here to do a wine tasting with a friend of mine. We like to check out various wine shops and have done a lot of tastings around town, so we aren't wine newbies. Tried Mio Vino since they had such high ratings.We were the only ones there. It's a cute place, and we chatted with the people who worked there. We didn't realize they make their own wine from mixes they get or something....? We tried several tastes, but it was all not good. If you like sweeter or fruity wines, maybe you will like the wine. I kept thinking if I could add Sprite and ice and make it more of a wine cooler, then I might like it. I even tried some of the regular wines like Sangiovese (usually one of my favorites) and chardonnay. Again, my friend and I left there thinking all of the wine we tried was not wine we would buy or choose to drink again.So, I guess if you're looking for fruity or sweeter wine, then you may like it. This place could be fun for a party where maybe you don't care what you're drinking. But if you're more of a regular wine drinker who knows and appreciates good wine (like my friend and me), then you probably won't like their wine.

This place is the only place in Ohio where you Hand craft your own wine! You pick a wine you want to make and the guy shows you how to do everything - they even print the wine bottle labels for you.First “micro winery” that I have ever visited and it was great - very enjoyable, laid back wine bar - had an excellent time.Wonderful selection of wines and both the wine and appetizers were very reasonably priced. We enjoyed the game shelf and the hospitality Mike showed us.Will certainly be back here soon.
