Our second visit in a month and both times horrible! I don’t know if they are short staffed or what but we waited at least 30min for our appetizer. Never got a refill or asked if we wanted one. When the food finally came it was cold, had to send my daughter’s chick parm back. The table behind us had been there at least 15 min with no drink order taken yet. I hope they can find better management this is not your typical Applebees

Took well over twenty min for our appetizer , the pickle fries, but was delicious. My chic parm arrives luke warm so I had to ask for it to be warmed up. My wife had a wrap and half of it had no food in it, completely empty, no sauce, nothing, just an empty void. Looked like a folded up tortilla napkin . Not the best place for speedy service, I know, but our waitress was working a lot of tables, so she did the best she could with her workload. Had to ask the server repeatedly for things and didn’t feel like it had any priority. All the food tasted great , especially the dessert, butter pecan blondie.

Sat up at the bar while the bar tender was extremely busy just for the manager to be behind bar talking to 2 females. Instead of helping the bar tender, he was talking negatively about other employees loud enough for everybody at the bar to hear the conversation clearly. He was obviously more interested in gossiping than helping his fellow employees.

This Applebees is the worst establishment I’ve ever been too! I came on Christmas because I visited out of town and I found multiple hairs in my food! Not only that, but they treat their employees horrible. Poor service the lady manager has a poo attitude and she should get a different job. Will never be back. No I did not get a refund.

I don't post any reviews at places,but I feel that I should there. The workers are friendly and the food was good. The service is really slow. It wasn't busy and it took to get our drinks probably a half hour or more. People were leaving because how slow everything was coming out.

I will start by saying the host was very attentive. We were sat almost immediately after walking in. The waitress was also very polite. With that being said, they need to look into the kitchen staff. It took over an hour for us to recieve our food after placing the order and it was a Monday night, not a weekend. I have been to a lot of applebees all around the country and never had a wait like this. Once my food finally arrived, my pasta was cold and my chicken was completely burnt. And it wasnt just us, the table behind me recieved cold soup after waiting forever, and the table across from me had yet to receive their food after an hour and a half. I've worked in a restaurant before I know how rough it can be in the kitchen, but they definitely need new staff.
Waited for awhile because the kitchen was backed up. Due to shortage on staff. Friendly hostess. Waitress was very polite ,prompt and very beautiful smile. I got the neighborhood nachos.

Today I ordered the whiskey burger and after waiting 45 min it finally came. I noticed that My burger did not contain the whiskeys sauce and explained that to my waitress and asked I I could get the sauce. When I got my bill I noticed that they tried to charge me for the sauce that they forgot to put on my burger. I understand that you were short staffed and that management was cooking. Kind of tired of this excuse when prices continue to increase and portions are reduced. The other person in my party ordered the prime rib dipper which came with burnt prime rib. You need to do better and not try to intentionally over charge your customers. Needless to say that I most likely will stay away from this restaurant in the future.

Always a good option, can be a little noisy in there if you go during the lunch rush. It's a nice little place though overall with pretty good staff and good service. Nobody is particularly over the top with service and the whole place is pretty chill. The food is nice, lots of variety and they have a bar with many drinks selections.
Kids are definitely welcomed in as well even if there is a bar, and it's a good family place and while they don't have any games, it's a neat little place to go with a group. You can dine alone but it's better with friends or family. It makes for a very peaceful retreat in the end.
Parking: There's a normal parking section for dining in as well as a handful of spots for when you're just getting food to go.
