Long wait in the drive through, which is understandable sometimes. Then the large root beer tasted so watered down while the crinkle fries would have been hotter if they were sitting in someone’s car for a week. Finally, the Boneless wings cold to the touch, but the box was cover is sauce and sticky finger prints and looked like it came out of the trash.( I did take pictures.)

Arby's could improve by giving me all of my food. When I order a French dip and Swiss, I expect to get the au jus that comes with my sandwich... If I wanted a regular roast beef sandwich, that is what I would have ordered. Now, I don't have anything to eat, bc of course, you could have at least made it to where I could have ate it with some Arby's sauce, but you decided that we only needed 1 Arby's sauce for an order of 4 items. So, thanks for ruining the only food I was going...read full review
