Waited 25 minutes for a take out order. Everyone was waiting the same amount of time, even for online orders. Workers were really mean when you could actually get them to come take your order. They moved very slowly and didn't look like they knew what they were doing or cared.

Sat in line for 30 minutes to be told that they can't do a lettuce wrap, which I've gotten a hundred times at other Arby's locations. Once in line you can't move because it's only one lane. Never did eat

Beef and cheddar sandwich good, but assembled in a sloppy manner. Philly cheesesteak sandwich had too much liquid which soaked the bun and made the sandwich impossibly messy to hold and eat. Plastic knife and fork were no match for the chewy bread, so cutting the sandwich and eating it with a fork was not very satisfying. Mediocre overall flavor The bottom of our tray was extremely greasy. The practice of placing the paper liner on each tray, then stacking them contaminates every liner before the food is placed on it. This violates health regulations.

Super fast service! The food was very fresh. The ladies restroom was completely out of soap and the paper towels were a roll on TOP of the dispenser so if you were short, you could not reach them. This Arby's consistantly plays twangy Country music which gets annoying after awhile.

Stopped today, 6/2 bout 1pm. Got 2 RB sliders. $1.98 each. The bun was bout the size of one of those small, Hawaiian rolls. Each had 1 little slice of beef on it, a little glop of cheese on it, not gonna say what it actually looked like, and had to ask, for sauce. No way in hell, those 2 sandwiches was worth $4!!! Could of went to Walmart, got a half pound of beef, and pack of rolls, for another dollar!! I promise, next time, i will. My last time there!! Unless i got coupons!!!

I am standing in line watching a worker wipe her nose with her hand the handle food without washing her hands. Than picks stuff up off the floor and still continued to handle food without washing her hands or even wearing gloves. Needless to say we didn't eat there
Today stood in line for at least 20 minutes with 10 people ahead. Took another 15 minutes to get take out and even ahead of the couple in front of us. Got to the car and sliders hardly had beef on them and looked like the cook sat on them. Beef and Cheddar maybe had a tablespoon of cheese and curley fries I counted 2 full fries and the rest basically fry crumbs. If I lived near here I'd never return. Poor Management. I think the customers could have done a better job.

The service wasn't bad but the food was all Terrible. Was just warm and tasted like it had been sitting there.. nothing tasted fresh. This isn't the first time that I have had food from this specific Arby's in Defiance that wasn't good.
