Went there to get coffee and read the other day, had time to kill before an appointment. There was an old guy in a cowboy hat yell talking to people in the dining area so I went outside and sat in my car. About 15 minutes into my coffee and Asimov the cowboy hat guy comes out and stands next to my car to stare at me until I acknowledged him. Then he started gesturing to me to roll down my window and asked me what I was up to and if I was okay. I usually have to read outside because someone is in there being loud, now that I got comfortable dodging them they even follow me out. I'm avoiding it from now on, there are better local shops in town if you're gonna stay for your drink.

Normally I don't have a issue but I asked for a drink to be made with real fruit and it wasn't, I asked if they used the real fruit and the younger gentleman behind the counter told me he did, it was obvious it was artificial strawberry and when I get one of the more pricey drinks all the time, I just felt disrespected

Pathetic. Order a bagel at Tim Hortons, get a nicely toasted bagel with cream cheese put on. Order one from here, get a steamed bagel with a generic side of cream cheese. I was the only person in line too. Pathetic.
