We got 2 fish sandwiches & ff to go. We purposely stopped here instead of fast food like McDonald's. The fish was very bland as well as the ff (& they were cold). There were 2 pieces of fish on the sandwich, but every time we took a bite one of the pieces would slide off the bun. Definitely NOT worth $26!

Ordered deep dish chicken noodles which is supposed to come with a biscuit under the noodles and didn't have one. Told our server and she said "we are out of biscuits" so I told her to take it back i didn't want it if there were no biscuits. She told me they were making more so she brought it back a couple minutes later, slammed the check on the table and said "have a good night" never came back to check if we wanted a refill(we did) never ask if we wanted desert (we did) not going to say her name on her because maybe she was having a rough day but worst service I have ever had .

Was just there today for lunch and it was a ghost town so we were pretty excited to assume that we were going to get some quick service. It was about 3p and we had skipped breakfast and lunch and needless to say we were famished! Waiting to be seated we were immediately told that there was a 10 minute wait. We were confused as there were empty tables. Some dirty and some not. We seen a few waitresses and what seemed like the manager behind the counter. They didnt seem busy at all just hanging out behind the counter. After going to the bathroom and waiting a few more minutes in the lobby, a couple walks out and tells us, ,'Good luck getting service in there' and left! Apparently they left before getting served after waiting for 20 minutes just for someone to help them. I got up to find someone and the host girl finally decided to seat us. I asked what was going on and if they were understaffed. She said the new waitress didn't realize it was her table. Then I asked why there was a 10 minute wait when the dining room was nearly empty. She said she didn't want to overwhelm the new waitress. I looked at the new waitress and realized it was the same girl we had two weeks earlier. She was definitely not new anymore. The host girl was a bit rude asking if we still wanted to be seated as if I was inconveniencing her. I said as long as we don't have to wait long. She seated us but after some thought...we also walked out. Very disappointed. The host girl made some very bad choices and lost two very easy customers. Do better. We probably won't be back for a long while.

Rubbish. Haven't been here in several years and it's the same quality. Multiple missing food items from order, cold pancakes, no water refills offered, and wasn't really checked on after asking to remove gluten items that came on a salad. Bob wouldn't be impressed.

Service was okay, and the waitress was actually pretty attentive and the only thing keeping this from being a 2 star. I think it was a short staffed day, but it was a 10 minute wait to be seated with numerous empty tables. For the wait, the food was not worth it. The bathroom had a closed for cleaning sign on it for the entire visit. I asked the waitress if there was a guess when it would open up and was told it was, in fact, open and the sign could be ignored. It was about 40 minutes till we got our food from arrival.
