Came into this specific Bob Evans for the first time today and it was great. Specifically our waiter, Aaron, was phenomenal. He was attentive, great with the kids, and just elevated the customer experience. Wish every waiter i had was like him.

Overall I felt it was a three but we had company at the table we had a fruit fly at the table that wouldn't leave the only time we get fruit flies at home is if something is dirty no I didn't inspect the kitchen but we still had a fruit fly at our table the whole time we were there

Definitely deserves alot more stars. Ashley did an amazing job serving. She was on top of it the whole time with a smile. She was kind respectful and knows what she is doing. The dish the wrangler was,absolutely delicious with the home frys loaded. The coffee was strong and good taste. But the hostess was rude by cutting in between me and someone else without saying excuse me or anything.

serve hot food. I spent 30 minutes waiting after I ordered . Toast was cold food warm. waitress was less than attentive. Paid 3.49 for coffee that was tepid at best. Won't be going back. It's a shame to pay top dollar for food that's not as good as fastfood.

The food and service and everything else was amazing. The only problem is that we got there an hour before closing (8:00) and left 5 minutes after. Every other time im here we order and about 15 to 20 minutes later we get our food. We waited about 45 minutes for our food and we were the only people there (four of us). Other than that everything else was great.

I had a horrible experience. I always like coming here. My mom enjoys it to. I had the turkey meal. It was about 20 mins after I ate. I didn't finish it. The taste was fine. But I got really sick. Then again out in the parking lot. It all came back up. Not sure what happened. But I don't want to experience that again. A few hours later I was feeling better.
Restaurant was clean and service was fast. Prices are good and food was as expected.

We got 2 fish sandwiches & ff to go. We purposely stopped here instead of fast food like McDonald's. The fish was very bland as well as the ff (& they were cold). There were 2 pieces of fish on the sandwich, but every time we took a bite one of the pieces would slide off the bun. Definitely NOT worth $26!

Ordered deep dish chicken noodles which is supposed to come with a biscuit under the noodles and didn't have one. Told our server and she said "we are out of biscuits" so I told her to take it back i didn't want it if there were no biscuits. She told me they were making more so she brought it back a couple minutes later, slammed the check on the table and said "have a good night" never came back to check if we wanted a refill(we did) never ask if we wanted desert (we did) not going to say her name on her because maybe she was having a rough day but worst service I have ever had .
