The food tends to be pretty darn good, but the service gives this score. The lady that works the counter always seems to be put out by anyone's presence. I'd get the wings and tater kegs, but be prepared for a grumpy old troll to serve you.

They have many issues with the availability of the best selling items. The best items being the fried chicken and bbq chicken. The pulled pork lacks flavor and the ribs always have the membrane on it which makes it chewy. I always get the bbq wings over the quarters due to the quarters lacking flavor most of the time.

Stopped in the Lima location. Employee Don was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Was very patient and knew his stuff. That man knows customer service.

Never open. The one time I saw it open I tried to get food. The lady ignored us for 5 mins while getting her register ready not informing us that she was still getting ready for the day. Food was out as if they were open but the staff said nothing to us about it not being open. Will never even try to get food here again.
Boots BBQ used to be my favorite place for wings. We stopped by at noon on Saturday, the food did not look fresh but we decided to take a chance on wings since we were starving and had been craving wings. What a mistake, the seasoning was extremely salty which caused excessive thirst all day. On a different time when I grabbed wings from Boots BBQ their was no seasoning at all. The quality of this place has really downhill, I will not be returning.

Amazing BBQ at a decent price. Food was great. Ordered beef brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich. Sides were mac and cheese and baked beans. The cornbread was even excellent. More like a vanilla cake/cornbread. I got the sweetened butter for the cornbread. I don't even like cornbread but here I like it!
