Don’t show up at this location when it opens. Nothing will be ready. Give them at least an hour or two after opening. The catch-up management needs to adjust instead of wasting peoples time.2stars for friendliness

Purchased a bowl with steak and fajita veggies. Steak was burnt and received no veggies. Tried to call and no one would answer. Did the online order review and received a free bowl... Used it immediately because the first bowl was disgusting, and the 2nd bowl was also missing fajita veggies and a very skimpy amount of lettuce.

Bugs & old food. Management needs to be amped up here or replaced because this is an ongoing issue at this location. It is the management's responsibility to rotate food and train the staff to spot bad food. This location is notorious for serving stale lettuce and brown guacamole and after not ordering for awhile I tried it again and found a decaying moth with its guts mixed around in the lettuce.
I did get help from the workers and they were very understanding and kind. Didn't catch his name but he needs a raise and I'd trust him with my life. (If you're reading this thank you & I appreciate you!) Management not so much. Need to stay on top of making sure product is actually edible and training staff to catch mistakes.

Teach people how to cook rice! This time and the last time I've went in, the rice has been CRUNCHY. And it HURT MY TOOTH. I will not be going back. AND the meat was burnt! AND they forgot to add the fajita veg. So appalling, I threw it out. What a waste of almost 20 dollars! I tried giving them the benefit of a doubt the first time but this second time is my lesson learned. STEER CLEAR of this location.

Me and a Coworker came to have dinner, while the food bar seemed clean the rest of the Restaurant was gross the Soda Bar was nasty luckily we weren't getting any, the counter by the cash register was sticky we walked over to grab a fork for our food and I immediately looked at my coworker and said that we would get one at work because everyone looked very unkempt. Honestly it was the worst I had ever seen it in there

The food was absolutely fantastic. The choices they have for food is great, and the prices are just right with how much you get in one meal. The drinks were phenomenal as well, they have more than just soda and water. Will be trying again

Went 6-17-25. Stingiest Chipotle I've ever been to so far. Least food I've ever gotten for 20 bucks. Got a salad bowl with honey chicken, no pay-extra-add-ons and a carnitas burrito with white queso added. Asked for extra corn, first scoop he does is normal amount. So we asked for more corn, he literally added 5 more kernels. We laughed as soon as we saw that. My burrito was half the size of the burrito picture some other reviewer posted on here. I told myself this is the sorriest burrito ever, a lot of empty tortilla space. Also believe all the other one star reviews. How they explain the restaurant is exactly how it was when I went. Lots of missing food/items. We told ourselves we are never going back to this location.
