So if you order online you get 1/2 as much food as you do going in and ordering. So this time we went in to order our food because you know we’d actually like to get the full meal. We were told they now “can’t make cheese quesadillas” because it needs to be ordered online. Huh…? So you can’t make it unless I go online right now, place an order for it and then wait in the same line for you to make it? 😆 It’s cheese and a tortilla. But I can get a cheese burrito! 🤦🏼♀️ No we’ll pass next time, chipotle food has went downhill anyways. Makes my stomach upset, only the husband and kid eat it sometimes.

Every single worker gives you a different portion size. Today I got the smallest burrito ive ever seen. Rice is never cooked properly and meat is always old and burnt

The defiance location is gross, upon arrival there was trash pile up on the trash can. The service was fine, however, the ice machine was either did not have ice or was broken. If you chose to deal with not having ice, you would have to deal with a Luke warm drink. The counter by the fountain machine was not the cleanest. Would not go back.

GARBAGE. CHIPOTLE IS TRASH. BUT THIS PLACE IS SUPER TRASH!!!
Everything about this place is very comfortable. All of the staff are very kind and never bring anger into that building. Staff member, Joseph rang me out for 2 chicken bowls, accidentally forgot to ask me if I wanted a drink, after I already paid for the food. He then gave me 2 small cups, that I asked for, and told me, “It is on me.” So, I did appreciate that a lot from Joseph. Thank you a lot Joseph and the kind heart you have will go a long ways! Thank you to this place and will start coming to eat here! Thank you guys!
