Local place or chain, there's no better breakfast in Defiance. Best sausage gravy in town and best hash browns ever. And the staff being friendly just puts this place over the top.
I tried the Defiance Pancake House for the very first time this morning and it was a little above average. I expected a lot more as supposedly they have the best breakfast in Defiance. Sausage gravy seemed to be from a mix, no flavor, frozen sausage patties, but at least the fried potatoes were good...
Riley was our server and he was incredible. The best Customer service I have witnessed in a long time, not only with our table but with everyone he encounter. He stopped what he was doing to open the door for a patron that had a crutch and assisted her leaving. The food was delicious and very timely. Our drinks were topped off without ever asking. Such a wonderful experience HIGHLY recommend checking them out!! You will not be disappointed!
