3 times in a row I've asked for square cut and got pie cut. When I confronted the manager, while all employees were goofing off, she told me " we are human and make mistakes " again I told her, yes but 3 times in a row. She would not even apologize. If the store can not follow directions, maybe they need to go back to elementary school and learn how to do things right !

When I went in the employees were not busy. Just kind of standing around talking. And I asked the lady at the counter what the specials were in the store and what the specials were online. At that time she told me what the specials were inside the store and told me the specials for online and then said they don't do online ordering. I kind of stood there. Shocked and said what do you mean you can't order online? Get the specials for the store. She said you had to order in the store.
So I went ahead and bought my pizza. Was wanting to do online because they had a great special and I wanted the emergency pizza which I didn't get either one. When a different lady handed me my pizza she turned around and walked away quickly and I said I just sat here for 15 minutes while my pizza was cooking and realized you can order online and get the specials. I said I was informed that I could not do that I said. Is there any way to give me a correction in the price and give me an emergency pizza. I was told in a very irritated tone that I must have misunderstood her and she turned around and walked away.
Wow, definitely not ever going there again and we'll be reaching out to corporate. Seems how they're all about customer service on all their ads and commercials. Well. Backstory they're just like every other crappy place. All they care about is the money and I'm assuming she didn't want me to get them on special. She would rather have me pay more in store.
Beware. Stay away. The staff is horrible. Lazy and informs everybody so they can make more money. And the food was not that great.

Food is really 👍 good but I hate it being stuck into the snow. My porch was cleared and salted BTW. not just placed but lopsided like the delivery driver was driving a stake into the ground. The delivery was two blocks away with a 6 dollar tip too! Definitely gonna have to pick up for now on its a shame.

Ordered online said carryout would only be like 13-16 mins. On the tracker it showed the girl received my order and started prepping it. We'll about 14mins later my husband goes in they don't even have our order started. When he said the name they looked around like they never even got the ticket. So he comes back out verified I placed the order and we waited about 15 mins til our food was finally done. Got home I'm missing the Caesar dressing for my salad. The hot wings barely covered in sauce,lls like it was drizzled on top. Some of the wings were tiny.. the pizzas were alright. We dont go here often. So not too upset.

Ordered a pizza and there was hair cooked into the cheese. The manager called me a liar, as he is bald. There were several employees with full heads of hair working at the time. Would not recommend.

I received my my pizza to go got down the road and it tasted like it wasn't good at all cheese tasted nasty and mushrooms were still hard so I called up I got the same girl told her pizza was the worst I have ever had i told her I was going to put a review in and she hung up on me very rude person.
Food was ok. Service was terrible. Me and one other person were waiting to pick up our orders. One of the employees finally shuffled over after a few minutes and helped the other person, but completely ignored me. It was probably another 5 minutes before I was even addressed, rather rudely I might add.

Placed an online order to be delivered to my work place at a certain time, but showed up 40 minutes later. Paid for online and added a 25% tip. Called the store and they were waiting on multiple orders in order to deliver mine. Got an offer for 20% off to use within 7 days or free medium pizza to use within 30 days. Wow for a $30+ order...and a shitty attitude from the driver yet to boot. Don't worry Domino's... I'll let the word be known!

Anyone else feel like every time they go here they are getting skimpy with the food portions? Cheese dip had the thinnest layer of cheese, most bread twists were tiny, and for the tots they gave about 3/4 the amount we usually get from other locations. I highly recommend going to napoleon or bryan locations instead to get what you pay for.
